Great experience ordering from this Mt. View location. The website stated Riley made the 2 pizzas, both pizzas were perfect and super fresh and hot like they just came out of the oven. The delivery driver (Kenneth) was quick and friendly! Thank you so much for awesome, hot, delicious pizzas! ?

Ordered a pizza and a drink, Evan dropped it off to the wrong room. Never got the food, never received a text, and i didnt ask for contactless delivery. Overall 0/10. Do not tip, you might not get your food. Management was extremely disrespectful and wouldnt give me a name to file a complaint.
This time delivery was great. The food was hot. Nothing missing. I’ve had two previous experiences, that were one star. I filled out a complaint form for both (LONG forms) And receive no response. Included in previous orders I tried the loaded tater tots, which were cold, greasy and underdone. I had also ordered chicken Alfredo, which were dry again cold, and had little to no sauce. I had previously ordered the cinnamon twist which were extremely small and hard as rocks, also cold. Basically the previous two orders were not good. This time I ordered different items which were delicious. I have no complaints with this third order. Average for the 3 orders 1+1+5 = 7/3 = 2.33 stars (I rounded up to 3 as this last order was spot on). What’s disappointing is that when I did fill out the customer feedback form, which is extremely lengthy, nobody responded and I filled out These twice, one for each of the orders that were horrible. Why asked for customer feedback if you’re not going to respond to customer feedback?
Low standard food. Worst pizza in town! Don't count on them to give food out after allergy alert (no Pepper's) thank God he looked at his sandwich, his EP pen was expired. They trainemployees like scum. Domino's lives up to it's low standardsThey sent a philly sandwich with peppers after several prompts and assurance from the mgr there are no Pepper's for a down syndrome patient highly allergic and they put peppers on a sandwich that almost killed a man. Domino's should have been shut down years ago!!!
