Morning crew always do a phenomenal job, but the evening crew is horrible. Always messing up on my orders. Ordered a buffalo Chx pizza, pan crust, light sauce. When I got home, no sauce, they gave me a garlic crust, and the chx was a weird color inside. How hard is your job? Read the ticket, make the food, boom. Will never order anything from this place when the other crew is working.

Dominos failed to add the absolute most important ingredient to the pizza the extra sauce, cause without the extra sauce it's the same value as Sicilies and no longer worth more than $3.00 i I called to leave a message knowing they were closed to work this out tomorrow and there was no voicemail. If you cannot add the extra sauce please inform your guests of this in advance so we don't waste more than $3.00 on barely edible pizza.

Every order I’ve got from them never misses. It’s always perfect. Never had trouble with them… I do deliver it and not one time has it been cold? It’s always hot fresh like it just came out the oven… Good customer service too.

We were very excited about the new stuffed crust pizza, and we decided to order one for each of us. The pizzas were tracked online as being held for 'quality control' for almost an hour. When the pizzas arrived, they were cold and soggy and congealed. Also, that did not deliver all the sauce cups they charged us for. When I tried to use their 'delivery protection' and file an official complaint, the automated service offered me 20 percent off my next order, IF is signed up for their loyalty program. Talk about insult to injury. This will be our last order from dominoes, pray bewary of their awful business practices.
Multiple times have ordered from this location, and either half the order is missing, or when you report that you wait over an hour for them to correct their mistake, and when you get it, it seems it was microwaved. Done ordering from this place. Good job Dominos on 36th.
The food here is BUST. Absolutely fire poly food. Calling ALL HORSES, PIGS, and CHICKENS!! Get your lu sipi, taro, lamb neck, sausages, and turkey tail HERE!! I’m tellin you!

Worst experience I’ve had ordering a pizza. My driver “left the store” but didn’t leave for almost 20 minutes, dropped off her first order, then proceeded to sit in line at a coffee hut for over 10 minutes before I called to cancel the order and the manager had the audacity to defend the driver because they’re “busy” and speak to me with a very condescending, almost mocking tone. My issue isn’t multiple stops, my issue is the driver getting coffee while my entire team didn’t get to eat lunch today because we extended our 30 minute lunch to an hour and the driver was off doing personal things so I had to just cancel the order and send everyone back to work. Dominos lost a customer who placed two large orders for company lunches every month. They have been permanently blacklisted from our ordering list, and I personally will not be ordering from them again as well.

Worst Pizza experience I have ever had in my life. They delivered me a soggy, cold, bent and crushed pizza 2 hours after I ordered. I was in Anchorage for a medical procedure and the hotel was less than 10 blocks from Domino's, yet they took 2 hours and the pizza was a mess when they showed up. I can not believe they actually delivered such a cold funky pizza. I seriously do not think Domino's will ever see another order from me. Very Poor Business Model $40 plus tip to throw it away. 2 hours, what happened to 30 minutes or free?
