Worst experience I’ve had ordering a pizza. My driver “left the store” but didn’t leave for almost 20 minutes, dropped off her first order, then proceeded to sit in line at a coffee hut for over 10 minutes before I called to cancel the order and the manager had the audacity to defend the driver because they’re “busy” and speak to me with a very condescending, almost mocking tone. My issue isn’t multiple stops, my issue is the driver getting coffee while my entire team didn’t get to eat lunch today because we extended our 30 minute lunch to an hour and the driver was off doing personal things so I had to just cancel the order and send everyone back to work. Dominos lost a customer who placed two large orders for company lunches every month. They have been permanently blacklisted from our ordering list, and I personally will not be ordering from them again as well.

Worst Pizza experience I have ever had in my life. They delivered me a soggy, cold, bent and crushed pizza 2 hours after I ordered. I was in Anchorage for a medical procedure and the hotel was less than 10 blocks from Domino's, yet they took 2 hours and the pizza was a mess when they showed up. I can not believe they actually delivered such a cold funky pizza. I seriously do not think Domino's will ever see another order from me. Very Poor Business Model $40 plus tip to throw it away. 2 hours, what happened to 30 minutes or free?

I'm a fan! Domino's is consistently good and tastes great. It is also the best leftover pizza I've found. Whether cold or rewarded, Domino's is the ne t day champ for pizza.
I wouldn't leave any leave any star but I leave one star for this manager name KRISTY working here at Domino! She knows her husband fired me and put a bad background check as a non hirable that's really a lie! And she was still contacting me about she wants my info and all my cars info after giving her my info than she said well Quinton that's manager at Mountain view Domino ! He is her husband. And she can't Hired me because her husband lying on my background check that I was no call no show! People please don't come work at Domino all these people are bad they will use your info than fired you for no reason . They are scammers!!!
