This location is super conveniently located by Carrs and Cold Stone with ample yummy carry out specials. Staff has always been friendly and professional and I've always observed the atmosphere to be clean. Orders have always been ready as fast as they indicate and almost always in under 20 minutes. Expect longer waits on busy days like Super Bowl Sunday, but even then I've not had to wait longer than I was told upon ordering.

The other day it took forever fpr my order to show up. When i called they offered me credit for it taking over an hour after my order came out of the oven to get to me. When I called to use said credit they would npt let me use it unless i paid cash along with my order.

I was thoroughly impressed with this location. I had ordered some pizzas and they failed to be delivered. I called and the manager told me they would be remade and redelivered. They came promptly after that phone call and they even upgraded one of my pizzas to a larger size. No fuss, no problems. Just made it right and did me one better. Highest thanks to all workers 😁

Ordered twice in the last week. Both times they messed up the order and had to re-deliver. My brother in law also had the same issue within the same week as well. That’s 3 occurrences in just 10 days! He said they had to re-do his order 3 times before they even got it right. This last time that I ordered, the pizza did not include all the toppings I had selected, and they didn’t bother to deliver the drink that I paid for or the sauces that I paid for. 2 stars only because the manager was actually pleasant and had it re-made, if it wasn’t for that, 1 star because this is happening wayyy too often at this location lately.

I love their honey bbq wings unfortunately, the last two times I ordered someone drizzled sauce on them like ketchup on to fries, nothing like the picture or the prior recipe, where they are literally covered with the sauce.

Generally, they have always treated me well and the pizza has been good. One mishap occurred and I called it in. The guy on the phone gave me a $25 credit and said to call it in next time I order. However, when I called a few weeks later, they only had a $15 credit tied to my number. That was disappointing.

Great service, I came in early for a scheduled pick up and they started on my pizza right away.

Pre-ordered a pizza, garlic knots l, and lava cakes to be delivered at 430 pm. According to the app my order sat in the final stage of quality check for 25 minutes. We finally received our order 30 minutes after we needed it. The pizza looked pathetic and old. This is not the first time this has happened.

Employee carried my pizza out to my car and handed it to me, stellar service.

The manager Tony is a polite man. It wasn't his locations problem but he still helped me! This is what we need in the service industry

We usually order delivery from this location when we’re busy at home. They always have kind and efficient drivers, but even on their off days they make sure to take care of us with a quick reimbursement without any fuss. Today we had the fastest, smoothest delivery I’ve ever experienced in anchorage. 2pm on a Saturday and we received our order in about 20 minutes. Exactly what we needed today, thank you! (Side note: we ordered our pizza well done and it turned out exactly how we were expecting).
