A craft cider bar. Its quite interesting. At least 10 different kind of cider available. Had one and its was fantastic. A chill modern place with an outdoor seating. Unfortunately no food there so make sure u eat before u go there. Bought a Tshirt for $25 and its looks great with a decent quality. A must visit for me. Even im not really a cider guy

First tried this place while in Kodiak in 2024 and love it. Vowed to try the Anchorage location and was not disappointed. A huge fan of double shovel cider company.

We had a flight of dry and Semi dry offerings amazing flavor. We added a can of the extra dry it was so dry you could feel it leaving your tongue.
The tables and artwork are amazing.
We had a great time!
The game selection was interesting. I couldn't get anyone to play AED with me

Great local hang if you're looking to have some quality cider in a place with a positive vibe. They have choice food trucks out front. It's always buzzing with people having a good time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's nice they have a rotating tap, but also keep the classics available.

what a great vibe, great selection of ciders, and a great place to just hang out. I love that they have postcards that you can write and they'll ship em out! rotating food trucks are available to get your grub on so you got good eats and good drinks. will definitely be coming back.

I called today to ask about specific ingredients due to my allergies and the gal on the phone was amazing. She took my concern, found out the answer and let me know right away with no problem. I wish I could drink the ciders. They have always been great!!!

I visited Double Shovel in Anchorage today and was thoroughly impressed. Every cider I tried was delicious, but the standout was the “Cherrish the Sun” — the bourbon undertones were mind-blowing, making it one of my favorites. Emily, our bartender, was amazing. She was not only knowledgeable about the ciders but also offered great conversation, making me feel right at home with her warm personality and hospitality. If you’re ever in Anchorage, I highly recommend stopping by. Even if you’re not typically a cider fan, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
