Menu said anything could be made vegan. I got the burrito with tofu and thought it was very tasty. Got the spicy salsa and really enjoyed that too. Heard the cashier offer to make something vegan when another customer asked about removing cheese, and I appreciate that kind of initiative. My omni friend got the breakfast burrito and enjoyed his. Place was very busy when we were there. Only downside is that we smelled like smoke afterwards because the only available seat was closest to the smoker.
Portion size is great!! They are on point with their flavor.
This is gonna be one of future reviews from this place cause I really like the food concept/presentation/service besides I really wanna try most of the menu. I got the Mexiplate and it was really good, a lot of flavor and a big portion, I add the brisket with was tender and well cooked and a side of guac. I would just add a little bit of salt or lime to the guac to keep it from oxidizing but besides this detail the experience was awesome!

Extremely flavorful and perfectly smokey and citrusy. Portions are super generous and comes with plenty of tortilla chips on the side to scoop up anything that falls out of your burrito or taco! The employees are always super nice. This has become my favorite place to get Mexican food.

The food truck has staff that are so nice, the little picnic area is so nice to sit at and enjoy the food. The food is amazing. Probably the best I’ve had while visiting Alaska.

The mexi plate is a 10/10, not only is it beautifully plated but you also get delicious and complex flavors with a nice kick. The lady at the window was very sweet and my food came out quicker than I thought! If you're reading this wondering if it's worth the stop or drive, it absolutely is! Definitely would visit again!

I heard good things about this place so wanted to like it. The tacos were pretty good. They had yummy ingredients but could have used more sauce. The only salsa was overly spicy. The nacho topping was disgusting. We couldn't eat it.
Really tasty salmon and brisket tacos. Need to try the pork
The Mexi Plate without the cotija cheese was perfectly vegan. Added tofu and grilled onions and peppers. Sauces added lots of flavor and a kick. Made for a great lunch at the truck.
Ouch…$44 for four very, very dry halibut and salmon tacos. Tried both the street style and green-go style. The halibut was so dry, at first we thought it was blackened chicken. Also the green-go was prepared with only a smidge of jalapeño crème, further adding to the tacos’ dryness.
We had some great halibut and salmon around Alaska, unfortunately making these all the more disappointing. :(
Very friendly service though!
