As a Filipino, I have always enjoyed dining at Filipino restaurants whenever I travel. However, I recently had an unpleasant experience at this particular establishment. While the food was delicious and the portions were generous, the staff’s demeanour was uninviting. This was my first time dining at a Filipino restaurant where the staff lacked friendliness. I would rate this restaurant one star for the poor service and will not be returning. I strongly advise against recommending this establishment.
Absolutely delicious
Had Kare-kare to go (looks like it's only available on Wednesdays). Food was great and they give you plenty of food!
They food even from the food warmer was really cold... but was pretty tasty after I took it home and microwaved it. Good authentic flavor but need to invest in a new food warmer!
Just newly relocated to Alaska from Guam and my wife, who is Filipina, and I were really excited to try this restaurant.
I have to say it was a huge disappointment. As someone who travels often to the Philippines and enjoys the food it was such a let down.
We ordered quite a few of our favorite dishes - from pancit to Sinigang to Lechon Kawali (Spelling). The pancit was over-cooked and just downright mushy almost the consistency of mashed potatoes. The Lechon was tough but not crispy more like over-cooked. And the saddest of them all was the Sinigang.
To describe what they serve as Sinigang is a insult to the dish. It was very very bland, the sour-soup mix was very weak. And there was an absolute lack of anything vegetables in the dish. I will post the picture but the servers and cooks should be absolutely ashamed of serving this dish. There was no Gabe or taro. No tomato, no radish or any other vegetables that are commonly found in Sinigang. They literally served Bok Choy, a weak sour mix and a few pieces of pork.
So as sad as I am to say, I would not recommend at all. I hope they do something or maybe it was just an off day for them but they need to do better.
Came looking for Filipino food, particularly lechon, and certainly found it. Some of the reviews said service was poor. The two women working when we came were friendly and helpful, so I'm not sure why others had issues with the service. This is not the kind of place where they wait on your table, you order and pick up your food up front. There aren't any signs on the food, so you should know what you're looking for or already be familiar with the cuisine if you're uncomfortable asking questions. I strongly recommend the oxtail, pancit, and lechon.
Comfort food at affordable price.

A little disappointed with the overall service of this place. To begin even i was paying for my food it appears that they were doing a favor by letting me purchase the meal. After I ordered she took my Friend Porn to slice it and immediately made a comment in Tagalo to couple other employees and they immediately look at me and laughed. To top off when I got back to my job and went to eat the food it was undercooked and cold oh yes and no fried rice. I literally wasted my time and my money.
too pricey for its quality, i suggest trying gemma’s.

Not much to choose only 6 delicacies and 4 more side orders all and all their food taste like grandma's cooking or home cooking. Finally, there is a filrest that really tastes like home. Try their halo-halo, kakanin, etc. Support the Filipino restaurant come @ kamain na kayo.

Mediocre Filipino food with very rude service. Filipinos may be among the nicest people there are, but definitely not the older woman at Eldric's. Go to the Vietnamese restaurant next door instead for a much better overall dining experience.

Food is great! Customer service is not good, I asked three times for two BBQ stick and no reply. Just talking to employees and other customers... I just decided to take what I had order. The food trays are nearly empty to make a selection too.
