What a blast! We had my birthday dinner at Everest and they did such a good job and the food was AMAZING. Don't sleep on the okra and the gobi Manchurian in particular. One of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage!
Went twice there in my 3 days in town. Roshan and Praveen were great. Food was excellent. We had biryani, lobster masala, butter chicken, gobi Manchurian. All the item were great in taste and authentic Indian food.

This was a pick-up order and, in typical Everest fashion, everything was delicious. The order was on-time, fresh and hot, with special touches like flatware and extra sauce. I USUALLY visit Everest for their lunch buffet - at least once/month… best Indian buffet in town. Highly recommend!
