My teenage son's favorite place to eat. He always gets bourbon chicken and fried rice. Could be seen as a minus but I consider it a plus to have ready made food when we're hungry. So if there's a line it really does move fast. For me what is so good is the egg rolls. How do they make them so juicy and tasty? If I'm driving past the mall and think of the egg rolls, I'll go park and get some. The egg drop soup is pretty good too, and usually is on sale for $1.99. So five stars for mall food? Actually for us, yes. I'll ask my son where he wants to eat (ANYWHERE) and he'll say famous wok. Fast, reasonably priced and good, exactly what we need when we're wandering the mall (or in my sons case, anytime).

Not like the good old days where the employees ask for free samples, mostly teenage guys working. One of the guys that had a man bun was talking loudly and disrespectfully about an customer to the other employee that was working there. It’s not polite to talk disrespectfully while they’re serving customers.

The food is scarce. They have a big display, and when you pay for the meal with 3 entrees, you should not leave hungry. But I left hungry and perplexed. The employees are particularly interested in making sure your entree is minimal. That draws the line with me. They would rather hope to sell more, but really the food is wasted at the end of the day and thrown out, just like they did with my patronage.

They have great food, but I'm uneasy about their food Safety knowledge! I asked the guy making my food why he didn't have gloves on, and he said he didn't have to because he washes his hands a lot! He is wrong! He handled my money then served someone food without washing his hands! If they can't even do the most basic thing regarding food Safety I can only imagine how they handle their products behind the scenes!

Typical Chinese fast food and good sushi for a mall.

Bit pricey for mere Chinese food, but i believe im getting enough for 12 dollar order.

Ten dollars for 8 small pieces of chicken and 90% of rice. Yeah,... Lost a regular customer. Not the first time either. Won't go here again.

I appreciate the samples they offer. I don't know why but I also appreciate the choice of cold drinks. For example they offer cola in a bottle and as a fountain drink. The food is consistent and tastes good. There are tables to sit at if you eat at the Dimond Mall in the eatery area. They serve the food in takeout boxes but provide plastic utensils and paper napkins. They have chopsticks if you request them. Prices are fair and the serving sizes are good. Occasionally we wished we split one plate instead of buying two. The Bourbon Chicken is terrific and it's important to recognize other shops often don't offer this specialty. They offer a bowl and plates. You can order one of their combos or create your own. They also offer sides. They also do special orders and apparently can do small party orders. One down side is you can't hope to get their best food near closing time. Typically the kitchen closes a few hours prior to the end of the serving hours so late at night the selection can vary -what is there is what is there. So you'll need to get dinner about 6 or so for best selections. Lunch has been easy to find selections.

Famous Wok! More like Infamous Wok! I've been a long time hater of this place. After months of unkind speculation I decided to go with a full course "pick three" combo. Try to get a wide variety of flavors under one plate. Reasonably price and prepared hot as well as quickly. If looking to sate that Chinese food itch and are in a whirlwind of mall shopping. Then this is the place to go .

I make a point of eating here whenever I'm at the Diamond Center. The counter staff are professional and get everyone through as fast as possible so there's never a wait. They stuff in as much of your choice as can fit into a Styrofoam container. The Sesame Chicken is the best, but everything is fresh and tasty. They do use spaghetti noodles for the Lo Mein, but noodles are noodles as far as I can tell.

Bourbon chicken was decent. Everything else was nasty! The crew behind the counter was rude and rushed me through the line. I probably will never go there again :(

Gross really bad food. I thought the oriental at Carrs was bad until I tasted this garbage at Famous Wok in Diamond Center. You will be really glad you went to one of the other restaurant's in the food court so please don't eat at Famous Wok. I couldn't even finish the meal I got. Dry nasty food dried out and the fried rice tasted more like Mexican rice so gross!
