Nice views of the lake and airplanes flying in and out of the water. Poor service-as nobody assisted for at least 15 minutes and us sitting at the table without even menus. The food was mediocre too. I ordered The Local and got 3 inch dry sausage hidden in the huge bun covered with French fries.

We sat down for about 15 minutes, repeatedly trying to get a waiter’s attention for a menu. Despite clearly being seen, we were ignored. After waiting a total of 20 minutes without any service, we ended up leaving.

Everything, absolutely Everything about this place was amazing, memorable. The staff was well trained and proficient. The food was plentiful and every bite was delicious. You absolutely get a deal for what you get. I had a great experience and will absolutely return!

We needed a good lunch after getting off the plane from Calif. This place had a good rating. I understand why now on numerous counts. First, the view of Lake Hood and the planes is pretty cool. Service was good. The food was really good. Prices were average. But not largely overpriced. There are lots of good options on the menu. Coming to Alaska, I wanted good fish n chips. These were good. This place is close to the airport if you dont have a ton of time before you head for your cruise. We flew in a day in advance. Definitely recommend doing that.
