I had dinner at the Fancy Moose, breakfast at the Flying Machine, stayed a night in the hotel. The food was extremely mediocre, especially for the price. Might as well have gotten fast food. Service was barely existent. They got my order wrong both times, didn't know how to utilize the voucher for $10 off I had with my room package, and I had to wait 20 minutes and finally ask for a glass of water. On top of all that, the hotel charged me an extra 20 some dollars for no apparent reason. Customer service? Nope.

Got there at 9:30 pm. No problem ordering that late. I think they close at 10:00. Our server was all smiles and very nice. I would recommend the Nachos. Delicious!

I ordered the pasta. It had absolutely zero salt in it. There is no way it was tasted by anyone before it was sent out. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Great atmosphere and service. However, it was one of the worst cheeseburgers that I have ever eaten. It was so processed that you could not tell that it was hamburger meat. Could not bring myself to finish it even though I had been flying for most of the day and this was the first actual meal I had eaten.

This place is breathtaking all around and is either Myriah or Josh are working you can expect to have some of the most fun and laughter that I never thought to be possible during Lunch. They bother were super friendly, light hearted, SULER attentive and full of knowledge about the local area and things to do around town. Myriah is an absolute bundle of joy and ray of sunshine. No matter how busy the place got or whatever was going on, she always walked over with the biggest smile and was on point with top notch customer service. At one point I witnessed her being the only bartender/serving working that day and had a full house, yet kept on smiling, engaging with everyone and just being joy to the room. Josh is a go getter like none other, he is so full of knowledge and you can tell he truly cares about the people that walk through the door. His perception and ability to read the room and let every feel like they are the only one in the room, even if its full, is such a gift of kindness and awareness. We even had a mini sword fight on Halloween since he was a pirate...LETS GOO ?☠️?⚔ Together, these 2 made a Rockstar team and made me come back time and time again just to have the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service, laughter and DELICIOUS food!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed with these 2 around!!

The Fancy Moose Lounge, located in the Lakefront Hotel with a view of the largest floatplane base in the world, is the BEST !! It has a local clientele as well as people from around the state and the world. There's always a great conversation. I usually visit Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights when Kamila the bartender and Julie and Sara the servers are working. They are the BEST ! Fast and Courteous and Always Smiling ! ! ! They also have Excellent food with Very Large portions ! Top Shelf ! Five Stars !!! See ya there . . .
