The first rule of Fiori is you don't talk about Fiori. This is the kind of place where regulars feel like family and you almost hope new people don't hear about it. Go as soon as they open if you don't want a wait. Spend the extra money on a signature cocktail. Order the stuffed chicken, trust me. 😋 and just relax. This isn't a quick service, big group, free refills, chain restaurant situation. This is the place to discuss life's big decisions over a drink and celebrate life's milestones over a decadent dessert. And tip well, extra well if you linger, which you will. 😉
Excited to try this. Waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us. A waitress then told us it would be an hour before she could wait on us. Have never experienced this in a restaurant.
The best restaurant in all of south central AK. Period. And I've hit them all.

Great Atmosphere. The food was authentic. Definitely recommend. Our server seemed extremely bothered to serve us and very unfriendly. We did try to ask questions, but she was very short and seemed more bothered.

Horrible service!! Waited 30 minutes to be seated, then they said it’d be an hour before we could order food! Won’t be back!!
One of the best places to grab drinks in Anchorage, we tried a few cocktails recommend by hostess they tasted great. Restaurant has a cool ambience, highly recommend to all group sizes

Pollo de Marsala. Marsala chicken was decent at $30. The steaks were $50 but were delicious. They came with salad, pasta, or substitute it for veggies. The lemon cheesecake was delicious.

Waited about 10 minutes not even greeted by a host. When i tried to flag one down I was ignored.
The bar is good and they’re very knowledgeable about their whiskies, but when sitting down for dinner service, expect to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for food even when it’s not busy. The food itself is fine; it used to be a lot better but each time I’ve gone it seems to be getting progressively worse. Hopefully they can pick things back up sooner than later.

i ate here with my boyfriend on March 12 and i’m writing a review today because 2 months later we still talk about (and i would go as far to say are actively haunted by) how bad of an experience fiori d’italia was. the food here is massively overhyped, and yes i have tried the stuffed chicken. during this trip however, i attempted to play it even safer and order pasta. what we received was an oil spill of disaster with half a cups worth of overcooked noodles. no amount of salt and pepper could save the underwhelming flavor. the veal’s dryness was a crime against baby cows. however, the atmosphere of the restaurant is undeniably cute. its cozy and very romantic. furthermore, their cocktail program is amazing. actually phenomenal martinis! but there is not enough booze in town to convince me fiori is anywhere close to the best italian we have in anchorage ):
(also i want to clarify i am NOT the other reviewers girlfriend although it sounds like another couple had a very similar experience lol)
