Spent almost 200 and my to go food was wrong. When I called to tell them, they told me I had to drive all the way back to get my food swapped out. All I asked was they refund the meal they messed up. Maybe 25 dollars. But they told me no unless I brought the food back to have it replaced. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in anchorage and I always want to give my money to local restaurants instead of chain restaurants. I won't be back. Horrible customer service when they messed up. Updat: just to clarify, we had food in house and ordered food to go to take home to our family. When I called back, they did not offer any other resolution but to drive back to the restaurant to fix the order. I asked if I could be charged for the meal I received instead of the meal I ordered, and the answer was no. I do not ever send food back to a kitchen as a service industry employee of over 30 years. I am always forgiving for mistakes, but when you blatantly do not try and rectify an issue with your service protocols, I am not willing to support your small business any longer. I will not recommend your establishment to tourists I encounter at my job daily anymore. Fiori used to be one of my favorite places to dine in and/or order out. The waitress was confused and we repeated our order multiple times. Sorry you're so busy you can't provide the level of service I am used to at your establishment. But being entitled and rude to customers is uncalled for. I didn't ask for free food. I just asked for the food I ordered and was charged for. Bad on you management. Worst phone interaction ever as I did not say everything was "okay". And we still left a 30% tip.

Easily the best Italian food in anchorage. The food is flavorful without being heavy. Every dish was distinct and delicious. The staff is wonderful. The wait for food was easy with the cocktail menu that has something for everyone’s taste.

We arrived for an early dinner, and we were seated in a great booth immediately. The server was kind and informative. She had great food recommendations. We loved the food and drinks. The price is on the high side, but we were celebrating a special occasion. All in, it was an utter delight. Try the espresso cocktail.

Fiori's is an Anchorage staple. Not only do they have the top rated whisk(e)y bar in Alaska (and one of the best in the nation!), but their Italian eats are legendary. The staff are super friendly and helpful but also know how to keep their distance so you can enjoy your meal. I can't recommend this place enough!

We went in on Friday night for my mom's birthday dinner. There was a small line of 3 parties in front of us. A waitress came by and explained the wait time for a table, she indicated that the wait time for a table was 1.5 hours for guests that had arrived directly behind us and ongoing. We had waited about an hour at this point and expected to be seated soon, as the two parties in front of us had been seated. Fast forward we got seated and recieved water and the waitress said she would be back in "awhile" after explaining they'd been closed for 3 months and this was there second week back open, plus it is a Friday night. We had our menus so we decided on our entrees and when the waitress returned she asked us for our drink order. We didn't want any drinks so said we'd like to just order food. The waitress said we were not allowed to order food for at least another hour to an hour and a half. She explained that entrees were custom made to order and she reexplained that they'd been closed for 3 months and this was only their second week open. She also said this why we tell you in line how long the wait is. No one ever told us it would be an additional 1.5 hours before we were "allowed" to order food. We have been to Fiori many times, we are aware of the wait at the door sometimes but never had we ever been told we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours at the table. I was confused by her stating twice they'd been closed for 3 months and dishes are custom, made to order. There is a menu...I am not sure what is custom and because you were closed it takes extra long? Listen the food is good but not that good where I am waiting almost 3 hours between the line, wait at table and then waiting on food to be made. Needless to say we left and I don't think I'd return after this experience.

Hire some staff for the busier summer season! A two hour wait for so-so food is not great.
