Outstanding! It’s been 8 long years since I’ve had a ham/cheese croissant made in the traditional French way and it was a delight to discover this wonderful bakery and the aforementioned croissant. Enjoyed some delicious danishes before returning a second time for some baguettes to accompany leftover Christmas dinner! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Although I love this place, the only thing that I do not understand and triggers me is that I always see so many people in the kitchen using their cell phones in the baking areas. I always spot someone handling their phone in and out of pocket. It is very unsanitary. Please, have a no cell phone policy in the kitchen. I'm a little surprised this place is so popular. The baked goods were only ok. Realistically they lacked flavor. It could be that I am used to having too much sugar and salt, so perhaps they're healthier than I'm used to, which is why in giving it a 4 still.
