Delicious sandwhich, toasted just right too. I got the Jamaican Jerk Turkey.
Person taking orders in the drive through was very kind. Appreciated the good experience here for my first visit. I would take a photo of my yummy sandwhich but it was so good I scarfed it down so fast hahaha.

I really wanted to like Firehouse Subs, but this location just didn’t deliver. The prices are on the high side compared to similar sandwich shops, and unfortunately the service was painfully slow even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff were technically polite, but only just — it felt more like they were going through the motions than genuinely welcoming customers. The food itself was fine, but with the cost, the wait, and the lack of energy from the employees, it didn’t feel worth it.

Needs new management or a manger watching the little kids working, talking and messing around instead of doing their actual job while 4 other dasher or Uber eats drivers are waiting for their food for longer than 30 minutes before I even arrived. I waited more than 30 minutes only to cancel my Uber order because I came in and told them I was here for an order and I went again to check how much longer, they said it was coming out and I stood and waited another 10 minutes. AND WHAT MADE ME LEAVE IS I ASKED ONE OF THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES IF THEY EVEN STARTED MAKING MY ORDER, only to find out THEY NEVER EVEN INPUT THE UBER ORDER, I CAME IN TO PICK UP. Even though I checked in with them right when I came into the building and was responded to w a rude dry response but I didn’t think I would have to deal with this. IT DOES NOT TAKE 30-40 MINUTES for a slow sandwhich place to make a couple sandwich’s and there were 5! EMPLOYEES working. Please do better and get some management watching the kids or hire adults that actually do their job.

I will never return here. The food is not worth the horrible experience I had here recently. I was spoken to, like I couldn't read one of the signs. $16 for a mediocre sandwich, some chips and a drink, is not worth it. Especially with the customer service that I experienced here! A grocery store sandwich is better money spent. It had been months since I had eaten a sandwich from here, and this company is more of a cult than a business. I didn't look like a firefighter or emergency response person, so I was treated as a second tiered customer. The company itself doesn't want to provide a remedy for the horrible experience. I recommend anyone even considering to eat here, to buy a grocery store sandwich and skip the possibility of having a horrible, unforgettable experience. If you are an emergency response person, don't bother going here.

First time I went here and I am very happy! Got the New York Steamer! It was on point! Very good pastrami and just overall goodness!! It was exactly what I expected. I also got pickles on the side and this is a must! I love pickles!! Just say yes when offered!
Oh and the girl that took my order was super sweet to me and everyone in line! Great employee working the register! THANK YOU FOR THAT!! Her name is Hayln! She deserves a round of applause! Keep her as long as you can there.
Can’t wait to go back and try other subs! The dining room is a great place to eat and hangout too! Clean and nicely kept. Love the exterior entrance! Very welcoming and modern looking.

Parking: Typical strip mall parking lot. Just find a spot or take a walk from the huge Cabela’s lot nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Got my son a fireman hat! This is a super win! This is totally a place kids can enjoy!
