First time I went here and I am very happy! Got the New York Steamer! It was on point! Very good pastrami and just overall goodness!! It was exactly what I expected. I also got pickles on the side and this is a must! I love pickles!! Just say yes when offered!

It was my first time trying Firehouse, so what I experienced may just be normal for how things are run at any of their locations. It took a while for them to take my order, which again may be how they have to run their line. I just wish someone would have communicated with us rather than feeling ignored. We did enjoy our sandwiches once we got them, and my daughter already wanted another one.

I consider Firehouse to be the best national sandwich chain. The food is consistently good and I regard it as a safe place where I can eat anywhere and be happy with what I'm served. The service is usually great with a few exceptions and I always appreciate any spot that has the coke machines with ALL the flavors. The prices are on par with similar spots and if I have the choice, I'll always take Firehouse of Jersey Mike's or Jimmie John's. This location checked...
