Excellent lunch and dinner options. Outstanding wine list, awesome cocktails and cool bartenders. Business brings me to Anchorage and Hotel Captain Cook. More often than not, I dine at Fletcher’s. From pizza to their delicious halibut, I have enjoyed just about everything on their menu.

Although the restaurant was extremely busy, they did their best to get us seated as soon as possible and once noticed we hadn’t gotten drinks yet, the gentleman seating people came and actually served us as well. Seems like a very supportive and helpful staff. The grilled salmon was very tender, perfectly seasoned, and fell apart off the fork. The fingerling potato’s weren’t crunchy, but cooked to perfection.
