Awesome smoothies and service!

The food is really good, great options for people with allergies. The owner is very kind and gave great customer service. But unfortunately Kelsey was very rude when she just got on her shift. I asked a question in a way she ‘didn’t like’ and she immediately had an attitude. She started arguing with me in front of other customers, saying I was rude instead of being polite. The food really is amazing here though. And chat with the owner when you can he is very nice and knowledgeable

Vegetarian options: Lots of hot and cold veggies. Avocado for a protein option.

Dietary restrictions: Options for vegetarians, vegans, and almost anyone with allergies. The owner said he doesn’t use a lot of butter and other extras. Making it easier for folks with allergies.

I love this place and enjoy how fresh ingredients are. They are pricier but I expect to may more for a better quality food. I'm leaving state in 2 days. Will miss their sandwiches

Super underwhelming and not very good at all. Not sure why the packaged banana bread was so much it is less at the gas station. The salads are beyond basic, the shrimp which was extra was barley unfrozen and gross and the buns werent good neither were the bowls. Save your self the money and definitely skip this place .

Parts of the salad were fresh and other parts were not fresh. The smoothie was bland and very watery. The service was bad, I waited about 5 min before one of the 4 employees greeted me, then he walked away while I was talking. I think it's also over priced for the quality.

Solid place with great choices and making your own salads! It's affordable and they fill up the bowl. I would have taken a photo for this review but I ate the salad to quickly. It was really good!

Vegetarian options: You can have a salad without any animal protein.

Dietary restrictions: Since you make your own bowl, it's great for those with intolerance. Gluten free, dairy free available.

Not fresh and overpriced for what it is

First impression was that everything was clean and organized. The gentleman who assisted me was charismatic and asked if it was my first time in. (I got the impression he was the owner or mgr but I didn't ask). I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and it was great. Ordering it was super quick and it was a great option for lunch since there's an abundance of fried food in the 3block radius. On my way out I didn't recall hearing anything playing so my only advice would be to play upbeat music to create a more exciting atmosphere! Thanks Fresh Bowl Kitchen crew! See ya soon.
