Usually visit their Muldoon drive thru but love that I can get a cuppa in south Anchorage too.

My little grandson , he was 10 months at the time, played and enjoyed himself. I drank a very large iced coffee:) and played with him.

I love the idea of this place and it is very fun. We’ve been looking for more things to do during the winter time just a few things that I noticed. The big thing was equipment and toys being pretty gross. I wish I would’ve taken some photos. From afar, they look decently clean but when you actually look at them, there’s dirt and grime all over stuff which is fine, I understand this is a kids Playhouse But It could be wiped down better. The other thing I noticed it is a freefall inside. There are designated areas for kids 6 to 18 months and then kids older and there were a lot of older kids going into the 6 to 18 month area and just taking all the toys so just keep that in mind when visiting. I just think parents don’t actually care to watch their kids and treat freshcup as a place for them to not actually have to watch their kids. The bathrooms can definitely use some updating you get big gas station bathroom vibes. Broken doors, paper, towel holders that are broken, soap dispensers that are falling off walls, and really gross changing tables. Overall it’s a great place for winter months to take the kids to get out of house just could use some cleaning!

We LOVE fresh cup!! We go almost every weekend, it's a great place to get to sit down and enjoy your coffee while your kids get some time to run and play and meet other kids. They keep the whole space SO clean and have really tasty specialty drinks, can't recommend them enough for a play date or just a nice relaxing break for everyone.

Great place to grab a coffee and take your littles.

The only reason I’m putting 4 starts is because I never went in side to experience the playhouse. I had 2 different drinks and 2 different food items to go and had no issues! The cafe food was good, and the coffee, cold drink was perfect. I’m excited that there’s a coffee shop right in the middle of an area with no other coffee shops around (Starbucks doesn’t count)

Great concept for beleaguered parents. It’s peerless in the local context and far mellower than a party factory like Chuck E. Cheese, which is enough in itself to rate highly. There are opportunities to spruce up the joint here and there and the pizza is meh but it’s a perfectly passable way to spend a couple hours tiring a toddler out, especially in Anchorage in winter. Will return earlier in the day next time and give the cafe menu a try.

I dont think the bell at the drive thru window works, today we waited over 5 minutes for someone to even acknowlegde us for a pick up order ?

We tried coming here for the first time today. The play play was very small to charge $5 per child per hour to play. We got chicken tenders, fries, and mozz sticks. The mozz sticks were cold and gross. Even after they remade them, they were not appetizing at all. The chicken tenders were also very poor as the frozen tenders from Costco are 100% better. Not coming here again.

My kids and I got sick after our first visit and ended up in the emergency room. Which means staff don't clean enough!! There were also kids putting the shopping carts in the jungle gym and trying to push it down the slide. Not a single staff said anything and of course mom was more busy with her phone than watching her kids.Edit: pizza is no good and neither were the fruit cups. Old and the strawberries weren't even red anymore.

Fun place to let the littles run and play. You can play with them! The coffee is decent.

Fun place for children to play while parents have a cup of coffee. The food isn't great but coffee is ok. Kids have a good time indoors, great in winter or rainy days. Cost of $5 for one hour.

The lady with the partial shaved head was rude. Didn't even give my grandchildren goody bags and totally forgot about my tea. (Needs more customer service skills). When I went back up & asked another lady, she was sweet and apologized for everything. Playhouse is for toddlers, not bigger children.

This place is perfect for little ones to play and have a nice kid friendly lunch. It's connected to Sicily's pizza so thats what we had and it was good. My 2 year old had a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!

This place is a tired parents' heaven. Coffee and food while the littles get their endless energy out. If you are at the end of ideas of where to bring your kids on rainy days, this is the place.
