They have a sign up that says be nice to the employee, but without provocation, the employees are nasty. The girls that were there today had the worst attitude. This isn’t the first time. A smooth isn’t worth a nasty attitude. We’ll just go some place else.

Fruitland has the best smoothies in Anchorage! They delicious and nutritious. You have tons of options for other health additives and any kind of Boba you love. The owners are kind and personable. Love love love!

It's 8:35pm on a Thursday and my son just got there to get some smoothies. Drove from across town. The guy at the counter said they closed early because of low traffic. That's complete crap. I wish I could run a business and close whenever I wanted. Says you close at 8:55pm. That means close at 8:55pm, not 15 min early because you still may have last min customers.

Yesterday 8/5 I got two drinks and their system was being slow so I swiped my card twice thinking the first one didn’t go through. I look at my bank statement today and they charged me twice for the drinks I got and I went to tell them that they over charged me and the employee says to me “I don’t really know what to tell you”

The gal making the smoothies was very rude when I asked a question regarding our order. It was very busy and I didn't want to take someone else's order. She responded to me with a snooty attitude. She then turned around to her coworker who was doing dishes and complained about me where other patrons could hear her complaint.

Boba is hard; it’s not cooked well. Smoothie is chunky with ice and not well blended. ARGH

They don’t actually close at 9 it’s between like 8 and 9 if they feel like closing early. Also when they want to close early , they just tell the last customer to tell anyone who comes up that they are closed. Despite the fact they don’t work their and it’s awkward every 10 people that walk up to you on a busy night. I get understaffing is a problem but this is weird

So recently i had confronted them about not being 9pm for closing and i had went there for nothing. Then after going there couple times the ladies remembered me and lied about not having any boba because i confronted them. This rating is less than a star for me.
