Visiting Anchorage and was craving for some Korean food and saw this restaurant in the same Plaza mall, next to the Korean restaurant. Had a change of heart and gave Fukumaru a shot... Had the Spicy Pork combo, Spicy teriyaki and the Chicken Udon. Took about 15 minutes for them to prepare the food... Everything came out super Fresh!! The spicy pork they serve is the traditional Korean spicy pork BBQ, which was surprisingly pleasing to the pallet... The spicy teriyaki chicken had the similar flavor as the pork and the UDON was just a soyu based broth.... Decent overall experience 👌!
