Worst customer service in Anchorage. The owner/operator of this food trailer is rude and disrespectful to all on the other side of his sliding window. Don’t reward his horrible behavior. Take your business elsewhere

Unfortunately, the customer service here is severely lacking. The owner clearly doesn’t seem to understand how to handle customers professionally. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he gets upset and reacts in an immature, unprofessional way.

We expected better, especially from a small business operating out of a trailer in a dirt lot — you’d think customer relationships would be a top priority in trying to grow. Sadly, that’s not the case here. We won’t be coming back and will be taking our hard-earned money elsewhere.

Ordered to go and were pleasantly surprised. We got a Margarita, Smoked Chicken, and Fun Guy. Sometimes when you get a pizza, it might look good, but the sauce is sad. We enjoyed both sauces here, and the Smoked Chicken might have been the favorite!

The guy there today is terrible! It’s the 1st and last time I’ll ever go to that place! I picked up an order and showed him my phone and he had a meltdown and started yelling at me for showing him the order to validate my pickup! I can’t even explain the terrible attitude from that jerk! It was recorded from my vehicle and I’m debating on posting that online!

The Margarita Pizza. I've gone longer distances for less, and here there are with a food truck, closer than ever! If you have picky eaters, but still want them to experience new flavors, bring them here.

This place is in my top 3 for pizza in Anchorage along with Hearth and Savarrio’s. Gaetano’s needs to be a restaurant!
