Miss this place in the winter. Would be great if at least soup options were available, even if the location changes.Stir-fried vegetables are done the best I've ever had. The shrimp offered in entrées could be better if they were peeled, even if it costs more, as this would enhance the eating experience.Parking: Be considerate when parking.

Trying this food truck for the first time was an amazing experience! The Garlic Fry Chicken was really delicious it was both sweet and savory. Both my girlfriend and I enjoyed it. It was delicious and there was no skimping on portions. This is my first experience with Gemma's Filipino 2 Go, and I am very pleased with it. The prospect of returning is exciting to me.

Thought I'd try it because I enjoy Filipino food and was disappointed by the wait, the food was super greasy and didn't taste good. Won't be back but I could see many do enjoy it! Support

It's a mobile food truck, parking was never an issue to me as people just come and go picking up orders. The service is great and most food i tried were good. Famous foods she has are Pulpog, Caldereta & Sisig. The texture for sisig could be improved, we all have different preferences. Mine is i dont like it too liquidy. Last one I have tried was the "Mami" soup and i loved it. I love the people or family who own this business.

I enjoy their food but it’s the poor service that I got that really disappointed me. We got her as a caterer for my daughter’s birthday months before the occasion. Corresponding with her was very difficult. I understand that she’s very busy with her daily food business but she agreed to cater for our event. The party venue was asking for her business insurance which she didn’t have. The hotel was willing to work with her had she given the time to contact them. Several attempts were made to contact her both by phone and by email but she never responded. And because of this, we had to make a decision to change caterers very close to the event. I found her to be very unreliable and unprofessional. It’s a good thing that Eric of Eldric’s and Lucky Kitchen were able to take over the catering of the event. They’re very professional aside from having very delicious food. For me, it’s not just the food that’s important but also the service you provide to everyone.

Got the Lechon kawali and Shanghai lumpia. Both were delicious and super crispy. The Shanghai lumpia is a must try, one of the best I've tasted even when compared to Chinese/Vietnamese eggrolls as well. Super tasty and didn't even need the sauce to stand out. I will be back next time to try the Garlic chicken/pancit noodles. This place is a definitely one of Anchorage's hidden gems.Update: Went back 3 days later to try the garlic fried chicken. Absolutely demolished it. This is more my preference that I like less on the sweeter side and more garlic (being nitpicky here). It was delicious and I will be back again to try other dishes.

The best Filipino/Hawaiian fusion! My favorite is the Garlic fried chicken, pork adobo & of course the longsilog! I think I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed on whatever you choose. Also, the bilobilo is AMAZINGGGG. Highly recommend and literally my favorite chef :)
