The staff is very friendly staff and always have excellent pizza. Today, I happened to use my points off their app for a free large pepperoni, Who doesn't love free pizza? It came out amazing.

Ordered 4 pizzas for carry out through their website. Having a family get together for 8 of us. Went to the DeBarr location. The site said it would take 10 minutes. Arrived about 20 minutes later and was told stuffed crust takes longer so it would be another 12 minutes. No problem, they even said they would bring it out to me in the car. I was parked right by the door, so I said thank you and went to wait in my car. After 25 or so minutes I was a little irritated and went in to see what the hold up was. They told me they had been really busy and they were sorry for the delay, but pizzas still weren't ready. I was sitting at their front door. They were not busy. Waited another 10 or 15 minutes in the restaurant this time. Another couple came in and picked up 4 pizzas. They said they had ordered 15 or 20 minutes ago. My pizzas came up right after theirs. So that tells me that they didn't start my pizzas until I came into the restaurant. I finally got my pizzas an hour after I ordered them. THEN I get home and they made one of the pizzas wrong, so I have to go back and get them to make me a new pizza. After all this all I get is a shrug from the guy behind the counter and a half hearted "Sorry." An awful lot of waiting and frustration for some pizza I would describe as ok at best.

They took an hour to make the pizzas they said would take 12 minutes, then messed up one of them by not following the order. They were unapologetic and apathetic when this was pointed out to them. We did get a replacement pizza, but everything else was cold by then. The pizzas probably tasted nice hot.
Would not recommend going here.

The pizzas taste great. However, the young cooks often make simple mistakes due to not paying attention. For example, a cook once cut my pizza in 6 slices with 4 regular slices and 2 oversized slices. It was annoying, considering that I tipped generously.
