I'm honestly surprised by the bad reviews...Great Alaska Pizza is one of the few good pizza places left. Great pricing and super super quick well-cooked food.
I would pass on the salad but their in house ranch is great!

Actually, refusing to allow customers to tip your underpaid employees is cruel. I've eaten at many GAPCO locations but will not be eating at any for the foreseeable future.
Good pizza but yall gotta fix your DoorDash. Paid $26 for a bbq chicken pizza w none of the toppings on it cause DoorDash makes you pay $3 to add each topping instead of them automatically being included in the pizza price
I just want to say that Val has amazing customer service! We somehow placed our order at the wrong location, thinking it was the jewel lake location, and she helped us tremendously. Very kind and fast!!

They are very rude and don’t know what customer service is! They are racist and very ignorant people!

Almost every time we order here it is wrong or way later than quoted. This used to be such a good solid pizza place and has gone downhill the last few years. If you’re in a hurry don’t bother ordering because it will take double the time quoted.

This store confirmed my order on DoorDash and then told me they “just had a big order come in” so I had to wait an extra 10-15 min. The employee chooses to put an order of 15 pizzas ahead of my 1 pepperoni. Not the first time something like this has happened. Never going back.

Ordered for drive by and waited more than pick-up time. Went in and person at counter said "yea it's probably in here" and sure enough it was there. No one came to my truck. Breadsticks was missing and she told me to wait even more.

Update: One of the owners contacted me re: this review and my issues I've had with GAPCO. They've apologized and offered some fixes to the issue and convinced me to give them another shot. Since, as I said, my issues have been with preparation and not the quality of the pizza, I'll give it one last go. I've got a party coming up and we'll see how they do.

I'm done. I'm tired of getting wrong orders - if you have an allergy issue, don't order from GAPCO - and I'm tired of feeling like an annoyance for wanting my pizza to be right.
My wife has an allergy to canned olives. Generally not an issue. A few years ago we got an ad for the GAPCO near our house and gave them a shot. Every. single. time. we ordered from them, our "no olives" pizza came with olives. After a particularly bad experience with a manager who acted like it was my fault I had another wrong pizza - and a followup phone call with the owner who denied this happened immediately after telling me he still needed to "review the tapes" - we stopped going to GAPCO.
Cut to a year or two later and we see they've changed owners. We decide to give them another shot. After all, other than not paying attention to custom orders, the pizza's not bad.
First order back, olives.
We try again later. Olives. This time, the manager gave us credit for the cost of the wrong pizza. During that coversation I asked him to confirm that "no olives" did, indeed, show up on the order. He showed me that it printed IN RED on the order ticket.
Yesterday I call up to use our credit. I ask the guy who answers to pull up our previous order - the one I'd previously confirmed had "no olives". I ask for that exact order. When He reads it back he doesn't mention the olives, so I clarify, "NO OLIVES".
Guess what, reader.
While waiting for my pizza to be remade I hear the owner in the back berating his employees. "You know what I don't like? Getting yelled at by customers". When my pizza's ready he tells me he's sorry and my pizza was wrong because he's training some new employees. No, my dude. This is INSTITUTIONAL. Whether it's your training or the software you're using or the way you process orders, GAPCO is simply incapable of paying attention to custom orders. Every. Single. Order. I've had from GAPCO was wrong. That's got nothing to do with "new employees".
Bottom line, my wife's allergy is an inconvenience. If she accidentally eats olives, she might get a little ill for a while but she'll live. Other people aren't so lucky. If GAPCO can't muster enough concern for customers to offer just the MINIMAL amount of accuracy, you're going to hurt someone.
Dietary restrictions: GAPCO has problems getting custom orders right. This could be a real issue for people with dietary restrictions.

I called to order a LG pizza & he asked for my name & told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I never had a chance to tell him what toppings I wanted. I'll never try ordering from there again.

Tried giving this place many-many chances over the years, as we love the location. But I have finally given up, and this is my first time writing a review. Literally every single time they get our pizza order wrong (regardless of whether placed online or via phone). Even when the cashier compares the order to the baked pizza, they still don’t catch it. In addition, when I requested a refund (for the first time), the manager came, made no eye contact, did not acknowledge my presence, silently processed the refund and walked away. Very disappointing.
