I absolutely love this Great Alaska Pizza company location and the employees there are the best. I accidentally left my lights on one time I went in and one of the employees was kind enough to come out and give me a jump and it was cold outside he really didn't have to I couldn't have been more appreciative. And they always get the food right cuz I am a little bit picky about how I want my stuff but they never give me any issue about it. The only reason I didn't give them five stars with the food and the atmosphere is because I don't ever get to finish all the food and because of what happened with my car. I didn't get to fully enjoy the food or atmosphere, but that's my own personal issue it's not theirs, they're always amazing over there.
The pizza I ordered was wrong, but that's not the point. I've had a hard time finding good service anywhere lately and I've been dealing with a lot of simple mistakes from simple people so unfortunately I was used to it and went in with a short fuse. The manager, Quinn I believe, heard me out and sorted the issue in a way I haven't experienced in a long time. I left with more patience and peace than when I went in and the pizza was good, even the crust. So they have my business when I'm on this side of town! Give them a solid try. I'm glad I did

They raised the prices on the special from 9.99 to 11.99. It’s TOTALLY not worth it. This restaurant is dirty, and gross. We started driving over to the little ceasers on dimond. While it’s a bit further to drive the taste, cleanliness, and value is MUCH better.Hope the new owners/management team can turn this place around. We use to come every week. Now once in a BLUE moon.

Tried to give this place a second chance after seeing it changed owners and management.I'm not going back. Our mushroom pizza has almost no mushrooms on it and it didn't taste that good. I would also say it was under cooked and over sauced.We also ordered the pizza cookie and they gave us the pizza brownie which a completely different item.

Manager is a bonafide sociopath.If you do anything but smile and pay for your pizza, he will become extremely aggressive. Literally any little thing will set him off. Beware.Several people (myself included) noticed receiving a lot of sudden spam texts after he goes berserk. It's suspicious. So naturally a rumor has developed that he is behind it. I believe he needs mental help... A lot of previous reviews also state how violent he is and unpredictable he is.Also, this place is very gross... It doesn't take an inspector to see it. Just look around, it's disgusting! I would not be even slightly surprised if they had a rodent problem.GAPCO is normally great, but I haven't been to this location in months because of it. I wish the owner would get new management. This guy is only hurting the GAPCO brand name.

I ordered a pizza late one night and when I went to go pick it up they were closed. I went in the next day to at least get my pizza but the manager there did me one better. He made me the pizza extremely quickly and for the inconvenience added on bread sticks with marinara sauce and a few drinks for my friends and I. I'm not one to leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience to let people know GAPCO treats their costumers right!

Extremely dirty workspace, and while I understand that this is a fast food pizza joint; employees appearance from random dirty clothes, to hands that look like they just worked on a car, don’t even look at their nails. They need to take note from the very professional and clean Huffman store, which is highly recommended. Jewel Lake is a shame to the brand.
Crackheads must run this place. It's a crapshoot if they will deliver or not. 1 star. Get your stuff together. Maybe someone can answer the phone some day.

When busy, staff stop answering phones. Place on hold and then Hang up. When you go there, in person, to order, staff will venture out of view, and not greet you, or take order. This is on going. The owner suggested ordering online, but seemed to want to place blame on the customer and anything else, than acknowledge the problem. Call me a Karen, but the customer service has gone down hill and I am sure this business will loose customers.

Came in for fast and fresh pepperoni pizza. They were out and really busy. But I was able to leave with a meat lovers pizza. Not exactly what I wanted, no idea how long it was in warmer.... It clearly needed to be warmed when I got home, but good never the less.

We frequent this Jewel Lake mall GAPCO location often, and rarely have issues. GAPCO pizzas are some of the most affordable, while still being quality. Their order space isn't fancy, nor is it used for dine-in. They have a few chairs for you to sit and wait on your order. For the most part, we call-in, ahead of time. On our most recent visit, I walked-in, received amazing service from the owner, and my 2 large pizzas were ready in less than 10min. I was offered a free soda while I waited AND a free slice of chicken bacon ranch pizza, the owners wife whipped up, while I happened to be there.

Pizza is ok. Service is horrible. Ordered ahead, wasn't started until after I arrived. Cashier made a big deal about having to make the salad special so it would take longer. Sad and dirty inside with only on place to sit age wait.
