I am wondering how one little pizza place could be so woefully inadequate?

FOUR times over the period of three-four months I have ordered the garlic chicken pizza, add pepperoni.
To me, that doesn’t sound like a difficult request. And yet, All four times my pizza did not include the pepperoni, despite being charged for it, and in one circumstance, not only was there not pepperoni but there wasn’t chicken either! I am sorry, but how difficult is it??
How is it that your array of pizza (makers?cooks?chefs?) staff cannot make a single pizza correct for myself and family?

Absolutely horrible service. First time ordering here and they are out of the dressing I ordered. No problem I can pick another but I was given literally 2 minutes to respond before the delivery person just said “I have other orders to get to where they're going mam. I don't have minutes”. I called to speak with Courtney the manager and she said she wasn’t going to do anything to make it right. Never ever will I order from this establishment again. Not eating whatever is delivered since this is the service I got.

Decided to try CAD day.[ Customer Appreciation Day ]. It was very busy ,but I was pleasantly surprised how their already great service did not disappoint . They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they made the same great pizzas, bread sticks and chicken wings. And it was served, hot fresh and fast even with the crowd. Truly a great experience. Thank you Lake Otis Great Alaska Pizza Company.

4,000 miles away from home would get the same old pizza places.This place has great pizza, and it's a must when visiting Anchorage and Wasilla..I joined their points program and should be able to get free cookie in a few years, lol

Cheap pizza. You get what you pay for but the customer appreciation day (last Tuesday of every month) is when I go. The employees are always nice and quick too. The last cashier I had there was very nice too. Asked how my day was and gave genuine reactions and responses.
