The only haagen dazs location for actual sitdown icecream parlor in anchorage. The shop is cute and clean. Lots of flavors including shop exclusive flavors. At the time of our visit, staff were in the low energy mode. I like that it opens till lates.
It was just ok. I think its rather pricy and they added a topping I did not want, but all in all I had something different. It was $7 for a scoop and two toppings in a small cup. It was loud with the music, but good 80's music. It is an ice cream shop, and there were kids screaming and yelling and really could not talk at times between the music and the kiddos. But it is to be expected at an icecream shop. The icecream was OK, it was no Italian Gelato. But it was fine....
Outstanding customer service! The establishment was clean and the music very upbeat. They had variety of flavors and the taste stood up to its name. There needs to be one of these ice cream shops in every state!
