We just moved to AK and were craving a burger that wasn’t from a fast food place. The burgers were good, I wish the patties were slightly thicker but toppings were very fresh and plentiful. We both got the mozzarella sticks. They are very similar in appearance and taste to Arby’s mozzarella sticks. The gentleman who took our order was so nice and friendly! I’d stop back in.

Bacon cheeseburger with the crispiest bacon not enjoyable or tasty, And I ordered a large chocolate milkshake that was a small size and what was in it was crushed ice and something that made it brown it was not sweet it was not ice cream and that was not a milkshake...

I grew up with this place. First burger was in 82' loved it. Back then It was pure bliss to get a bacon cheese burger fries and a chocolate shake from here. Moved away to TX in 98 but visited in 2010 and still great, but unfortunately the dream has finally died as this revisit in 2023 the quality fell way off and prices have doubled. Bacon cheese and choc shake only so no fries was 14.50. Shake was the same unique texture so prob same machine making it and the flavor seemed to be the same but was very weak as though less choc mix was used. The real disappointment was the "beef" patty. Was definitely not fresh meat prepared on the griddle more like a pre-cooked frozen patty heated in a microwave and to even claim it was actual meat is questionable. It had an odd taste and was chewy and rubbery. Everyone one in our party of 7 had the same complaint. The bacon looked great but was a bit chewy leaving me with the impression it had been prepared hours earlier and just reheated. The bun was great and lightly toasted and the veggies were fresh but they were the only thing from the past that held up. We had our meal on a Monday around 1pm.

The special of the day is always a good burger. I have noticed if I go intothe restaurant great service, good price. If I call and order for delivery, everything seems to be 1$ more expensive. (2020) The man , said that his delivery fee is $4.50. Its Clearly printed $3 on the menu.He told me that the apps charge more. actually hamburger haven, I could have went through Door Dash & spent less. Plse stop adding 1$ to all delivery meals Ppl notice, it's wrong. If you have a set delivery, Don't add to it..this time is tough for everyone, you are taking advantage of your customers.(2021)

This place has been here since I could remember and this is my first time. Let me say their burgers with the prices are ridiculous. This is my new burger spot. It's the perfect lunch if you plan to leave work for a bite and their burgers are amazing.... and it's a REAL BURGER...... Burger, fries, and a canned soda under 10 bucks. You can't get that anywhere else..... Not even nasty McDonald's

Service was great. Our burgers were good but the fries were not. Old fry oil or just cooked to long. My milkshake was OK but not sure I'd order here again for price. May come back to try other menu items. No place to sit and eat. Highly recommend calling in order for pick up.

Very friendly mom and pop burger shop! A burger, fries and soda was less than 10 bucks which is rare in anchorage. Burger was really good and they had many varieties!

Quick service, great shakes! I love the peanut butter shake. Their burgers are my favorite! Super juicy! You save a lot more money here than going to a fast food place.
