Just got an order today. I used to order alot but not anymore the bone in wings are basically bones with no meat and the person taking orders didn't bother to tell me that some items were out of stock and replaced them with something else nor did they tell the driver he was gonna need change for a cash order. driver was friendly but everything else was pretty bad

Ordered chicken strips lady misheard me and brought me fried chicken while I stepped away from my table. I brought the order back up to them and explained I think they brought me the wrong order and I had ordered chicken strips immediately the worker got aggressive telling me that’s what I ordered and chicken strips don’t come in a 4 pc. When I asked he why she didn’t say that or correct me while ordering she said she assumed I wanted the 4pc fried chicken I reiterated at the end of my sentence, I said strips and if I could just get strips instead of fried chicken. She refused to correct the order or give me a refund. Thankfully the owner of the bingo hall made it right. Didn’t eat the food due to how rude the front counter lady was and ended up giving the food away. The food is typically decent for the price, but will not be supporting this business at all after this point

This is a small stand in the corner of a bingo hall, I wasn't aware of that before i went. The food was okay, but it's just ok. The fries were just freezer fries that were luke warm, the burger I got didn't list carrots but that what i got. The lady was very nice tho and was there only redeeming factor.

I didn't know they had changed ownership, I order from time to time and accidentally ordered a flavor they don't carry anymore. The person taking my order misunderstood and just combined two other flavors that didn't end up being too appetizing.
I brought up the mistake and spoke with the owner directly at their request. I explained the error was my fault and they offered to remake my order with a current sauce.
That's 5☆ service.

Visited Alaska for the first time! Came here because we were trying to find dinner & didn't want McDonald's (you can get this anywhere basically lol). It's connected to a bingo place, I thought that was cool. They have one of the BEST fries!! ? Definitely give them a try if you're out there. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Funny little hole in the wall. Great portion sizes and friendly staff. The bingo place it’s in is an experience in a funny way. Fair prices and everything comes out quick and hot. I come here every few weeks. Cash only.

I was surprised to find this place attached to the bingo parlor, but it was quiet… Pretty unique experience if you ask me. Food came out really fast, and they gave huge portions. Burgers were filling, fries and onion rings were so crispy. They offer Chinese food on their menu too, and snacks and candy. Lil bit pricey but their hours are great!
