Came here this morning and my coffee was so watered down. It did NOT taste like the flavor I asked for, and she didn't even bother frothing or steaming the milk! I drove all the way back and she claimed she "fixed it" but it tasted exactly the same as she had it a mere 5 seconds! The lady had such an attitude as well, last time I came here the coffee was great! However I don't think I'll be back.

Coffee was burnt and un-drinkable. I paid $15 for a grossss coffee and a bagel that came warmed but not toasted or cut without even a paper plate or anything to eat it on.
This was my first and absolutely last time coming here. At least the barista were friendly.

The Bean Thing
My muffin was frozen in the center, the croissant was microwaved in the plastic. It was also very expensive. The drinks are good but the food is disappointing.
Parking: Not so much parking since it is a drive through but more of the land around it. It's very bumpy and has been that way since I was young
My favorite coffee shop in Anchorage. The white chocolate mocha is my favorite and they always come up with a yummy option when I ask for them to surprise me with a new lotus special flavor.
Dietary restrictions: They have all of the milks to chose from
Kid-friendliness: The kids hot chocolate can come with whip cream and sprinkles. A lower temp as well.

Today 5/2/24 around 12:15 I asked for a coconut white mocha- I’ve learned to try my coffee before pulling away. Well it was terrible so I asked her if she could fix it and told her I’d pay for it. The shots and milk were burnt. She left the milk steaming while collecting payment and tip and burnt both. By the time she turned the steam wand off the milk was screeching. IFYKYK I didn’t want to insult her so told her I can’t taste the coconut, She rolled her eyes pumped syrup in it without stirring and then put the lid back on. At that point I felt like I was training her and being needy so I asked if she had a stir stick (I should have been more specific) but she gladly took the lid off and stirred it herself and handed it to me with coffee milk dripping down the side of the cup so then again I had to ask for a napkin she then proceeded to slam the window. No thank you, have a nice day or anything.
