This is the best place for dim sum in Anchorage. Beats Charlie's by a mile. Be patient because its made to order - it isnt made in massive batches to sit around.
The prices are very good and its all homemade. You can tell because at a certain point in the day - theyre simply out of dim sum. Added, they only do dim sum on the weekends, which is very traditional. This is the place to get your dim sum fix.

Service is slow on the weekends. It took some time for them to take our orders.
For the food, I would recommend duck, beef balls, and siomai.
Pork bbq was just okay. Probably skip it as it's not as good as other Chinese pork barbecues we've had.
SKIP the rice noodle with beef, the beef felt nonexistent. You can barely taste and see the beef.

The BBQ steamed buns are delicious! I've eaten them all over the world and these were a delight!
Flora's husband learned from his father and keeps the tradition going right here in Anchorage.
The process is so labor intensive, that is why it is only available on the weekend.
