Unexpectedly delicious and a true Hawaiian experience from the moment you walk in to feeling full and satisfied at the end of the meal. We were welcomed by authentic, tasty food and incredible hospitality from the staff. The portions were so generous in the same way your grandparents feed you. We will definitely be back next time we visit Anchorage. Mahalo 🤙🏻

Incredibly nice people, fast service, and you seat yourself so you don’t have to worry about waiting to be seated. Good prices too, nothing you wouldn’t see at any other restaurant. You can hear staff laughing in the back and listening to music, so it seems like an enjoyable place to work. It’s definitely a hole-in-the-wall establishment, meaning they have great food and service, but the location isn’t amazing, and they don’t try to go too fancy with decor(which I prefer).

The food is good but the service has really declined. They are hit or miss with order accuracy and then are rude. For example I picked up food once and the order was incorrect. The women at the counter became defensive and said well I didn't take the order so you need to talk to whoever took the order. She was the one who had taken the order though and was continuing to take phone orders. Then she made an off hand statement about you do this every week. I was missing a drink. Its not that serious just add the drink. Very strange behavior.
