I go in around 6:30 pm on a Friday about two weeks ago. The server was clearly already annoyed or having a bad day or something. All I ordered was a musabi. She stated I cannot be parked where the cones were even though the parking lot was completely empty basically. (mind you, I do this all the time I was just going in to get a musubi which takes literally two minutes) I never walked outside, but texted my mom to move the car because again I thought it was gonna be fast. I’m pretty sure she told the kitchen not to make my musabi until the car moves because I end up being there for about an hour waiting on one musabi. So once it finally ready, she brings it over to me and I asked for a bag. She’s like there’s no small bags. I’m like okay can I have a big one? She’s like “oh no we’re not doing that.” (Yes, her exact words) I run out to the car and tell my mom what happened and she was like I would ask for a refund cause that’s poor customer service so when I went back into ask for a refund, she completely ignored me kept helping other people talking over me, etc. so I got my four dollars out the tip jar and she threw the musabi at me literally instead of just giving me my money back. Yes there were customers in there and yes, I did knock everything off the countertops. After years of supporting, I will never return. If you like TERRIBLE customer service this is your place to go!

The only Hula Hands id ever go to. Always delicious the staff is very nice and they'll gladly cook your food to your liking. I love the cashiers and the whole system they have going on over there. Hands down the best in the city

First time here and will definitely come back. Was in Anchorage for 3 weeks and found this on my last day (but will be back).

I got the Teriyaki chicken and island pork and it was phenomenal. Service was friendly and helpful and the food came out in record time.

The value for your money is nothing short of unheard of in this area, and it's right outside one of the JBER gates making it very convenient if you live or work on base! My son and I both got all of this food for less than $30, and we had almost a full meal leftover between us!

If you are traveling to Anchorage or if you live in the area and just haven't been yet, you're missing out!

They close a whole hour early so I wasn’t even able to get food and they were still in. There is the messed up part about it. It was just sitting there chilling and it’s only 605 and their hours say they close at seven, but when I walked up trying to come in, they said they’re closed. That’s horrible customer service service if you’re not gonna be open for those hours you shouldn’t have those hours on your business
