Humpy's Great Alaska Alehouse

It was our first time eating at Humpy’s since we moved back here. Last time was over 15 years ago. It was very disappointing. Service was terrible. The waitress barely said 10 words to us the entire time. We ordered 2 appetizers and both came out burnt. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and scallop fettuccine. The scallops were chewy, there was less than an ounce of salmon in the dish, and the snap peas were brown. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which wasn’t spicy at all and the sauce was bitter and inedible. The wings my 2 kids had were dry and my other kid’s fish was soggy. The best thing we ate were the fries. We won’t be back. $160 wasted.

Please do not try to drink here if you speach (stutter) problem. I had 1 drink an hour before. I tried to get a drink here while waiting for my plane. I got told I could not get served because of red eyes (I just got done working a double) and I stuttered. The older lady bar tender made a seen of the issue, so the few people that was there at to look at me

Our meals were fantastic. Fully rave worthy Flatbread and Yum Yum chicken salad.
Phenomenal.

Sat down to drink some wine before our flight and our server was very inattentive. Three glasses of wine took a lot of time to come out. Would not recommend this place to anyone to grab a quick drink.

Fernando carded a 78 year old guy and 35 year old guy, but never carded a max 30 year old looking lady slurring her words.

Me and my wife went for a meal and spent $135.00 and was sitting in the patio and the heater LHS were not working, service was slow so we go cold as it is 54f and our food was great as always but we wanted to finish our last beer and warm up inside, my wife found us a spot and the server had a problem with us wanting to finish out beverages in a heated space and want d us to leave so I asked for the manager and she was outside at the patio a number of times and saw us and she asked what’s the problem I said their isn’t a issue but this table was empty and this is a bar and grill and we were gonna finish our beer in peace. They left us alone but that isn’t the point, we were paying customers and they tried to kick us to the curb for wanting to warm up.

This is a nice restaurant. Kristina was great. Very friendly and made the airport wait fun. Thanks.

Right at my gate, have a snack snd drink before boarding. Wanted mixed drink. But since they don't have a key for it, they would not make it. Didn't order food, left there, went down the other concourse, and got exactly what I wanted

The hours are wrong plus grumpy staff

Wandered in tonight for a snack before our flight. Guy makes us move twice because he said random sections of the restaurant are closed. Attemp to order and about 1/3rd of the menu is unavailable. Ordered Nachos and the waiter waited until the rest of my tables food was arriving to inform me the nachos were unavailable...

Avoid this place and hit 49th state. Better atmosphere and food!

Came over to have a couple beers before my flight at 1:15pm. 2 tables, all the high tables along the walkway and 6 bar seats open but they 'closed' off the place to new customers because they 'had a rush and were full' a half hour ago. You're aware it's an airport, right?

Hard to find the chicken in the chicken tenders. I know it's airport prices but 20$ for 3 "tenders" and a half hand full of fries is not great.

They had no staff service was terrible with the one person there . Lost so much business with people walking out
