Waited over 3 min to be seated in an empty diner! Table was littered woth crumbs like it hadn't even been whipped after the last patron, the service was so poor we left shortly after sitting down henceforth the updated review. A far cry from prior experiences but also woth noting 📝 and explaining the drop in stars from my previous review.

Was A solid four-star location!!! with fair prices and good food. Sometimes it is quite busy; other times, it is completely open and quiet. No matter the crowd, it is still a great place for a traditional meal, with a good menu to choose from.

Typical IHOP which means it's 50/50 if the staff are treated well they treat the customers well...this is one of those places, everyone wanted to be at work and it showed.

The food was good, service was friendly and overall it was exactly what you'd expect from an Ihop, this location is probably the best one in the area for sure. The only negative thing I have to say is the coffee tasted watered down and made me wish I had coffee from one of the other diners in the area.

The food was good! I got the Double BLT with onion rings and added avocado on sourdough. It’s probably my favorite thing on the menu. The other person with me got the burrito with hashbrowns and side a white toast. We both enjoyed our food!

However, the service was not good. The server looked like she didn’t even brush her hair or even attempt to look professional or put together. We got our drinks, and needed refills and waited for over 15-20 minutes for her to swing back around. She dropped off the food, and never came back until she came back with the check. No how was everything or do yall need anything. Nothing. Never checked on us, offered us refills, or clearing the table. The section we were sitting in was not even full.

Even whenever we got sat, she seemed like she didn’t want to take care of us or work much less, the gentleman at the front looked like he was running around and working super hard while she just moped around.

The new fall menu is out.
Friendly staff but too many ppl standing around in the expo line and not helping bus tables or anything, when the busser needs help.
The food is amazing and the cooks work very hard to get you the food as soon as possible.
Mike the GM is really trying to change this store and make it better. So if u have had. Bad experience, please give it another shot.

The food is fine. However, the service was the lowest. We are not coming back to this location. Never mind the waiter who is constantly sitting down at his friends’ table. The waitress who disappears. The host who can’t even refill your water. Wait time for food 20-30 minutes, wait for water 20-30 minutes. Seeing the tables dirty and waiting to be cleaned while the waiter simply is laughing and appears to be taking free food to his friends - priceless. In the age of technology. I’m surprised the individual does not think we will post or take pictures.

Horrible! Server was borderline hostile, food was COLD, no coffee cups offered, no check-ins during meal. Terrible breakfast. First time in my life I've not left a tip. Not a single penny.
