About 9 am, not busy... unfortunately the tall African-American I had as a sever, after I got seated instantly wanted my drink order, no time to look at options, then came back wated my breakfast order... no time to look again... then tried to get me to buy more, I hold zero time to review the menu.... really they weren't busy at all... made me feel unwelcome, SO I don't recommend and won't be going to IHOP anymore..... sorry cooks and front ladies who seemed nice.....

We were visiting this IHOP on our Alaska trip and it was just a great experience. We received a warm welcome and had an outstanding service by Cyanne. We are traveling from Europe and we were stunned how warm and welcoming your service here was. The food was good and really a lot, we needed couple of boxes for the leftovers. Cyanne checked in many times to see if we are good with everything. After breakfast we had a small friendly chat. We all were really in a great mood when we left, thank you for starting our day in such a great way, especially Cyanne but also the rest of the team. Keep up your good work! Wish we had customer service like that in Germany.
