We were visiting this IHOP on our Alaska trip and it was just a great experience. We received a warm welcome and had an outstanding service by Cyanne. We are traveling from Europe and we were stunned how warm and welcoming your service here was. The food was good and really a lot, we needed couple of boxes for the leftovers. Cyanne checked in many times to see if we are good with everything. After breakfast we had a small friendly chat. We all were really in a great mood when we left, thank you for starting our day in such a great way, especially Cyanne but also the rest of the team. Keep up your good work! Wish we had customer service like that in Germany.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the host and immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere was cheerful and inviting — bright, clean, and perfect for both casual breakfasts and family outings.
The staff truly went above and beyond. Our server was attentive without hovering, ensuring our coffee cups were never empty and that every detail of our order was just right. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, and you could see the pride they take in making sure guests feel valued.
The food, of course, was outstanding. The pancakes were fluffy and golden, cooked to perfection, and the variety of syrups made the whole meal fun and customizable. My omelet was fresh and flavorful, with ingredients that tasted high-quality. Even the sides — crispy bacon, seasoned hash browns — were prepared with care.
What sets this IHOP apart is its consistency. Every visit feels like a little celebration, with excellent service, tasty food, and an upbeat environment that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone craving a great breakfast or brunch experience!

Food was decent, but not as good as Dennys, it took exactly 1 hour and 13 minutes fir the food tk drive to the table, yes I timed it.

Had a less than stellar experience at this location this morning unfortunately, as we usually like this one. Both sides of the dining room were nearly full. We were sat quickly, about 7 minutes later the waiter came with waters and stated that he needed to help a large party first (mind you we were here and ready to order first) and another table ahead of us before we could speak up. He left the room for a couple minutes then came back and started taking the 12 person party’s order so we decided to not get behind them & headed to Kavas. Maybe we will try again another time.
You really have to try to have service this bad. Food took over an hour at 1015 on a Friday. Then guess what my order was incorrect. So I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for an omelette in a restaurant at 40% capacity. I don’t know if was just poor cooking staff or terrible customer service. Either way I had to leave this review and strongly recommend you don’t waste your time with this IHOP location.
Definitely ruined my morning.

The experience that I had indeed experienced was more or less the implementation of the cornerstone of the keystone of the genuine experience that I was fortunate to have indeed experienced. The particular individuals, not withstanding the ebb and flow of such intrinsic intricacies, indeed transpired the transcendent trust entrusted to them by the multiple multitudes of the many. The essential essence, the comestible substance, if you will, was, without dysfunction to it's own primary purposes. In conclusion: To restate my thesis: I would compare the likeness of this digestion depot to a basic enlarged equilibrium liberation and fusion denomination equation, extraordinary humble, yet magnificently embedded into everything we hold to be significant.

Disappointed with my experience. There were only two other customers, yet it took 30 minutes to get my food—and the order was wrong when it finally arrived. The staff was friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the slow service and inaccuracy. I won’t be coming back.
