Parking: There is a dishwasher/busser by the name of jay who made us laugh the entire time he was out there. Would go back just to see him.
45 minutes waiting for the order. Then the server ask me, "If I'm sure about my order," ... the Kid was taking orders without paper and pen.... I just paid for the coffee and left...
It's incredible how management works so TERRIBLE when the place wasn't even busy.

The spicy chicken is so good, not sure if it was temporary. My nephew asked me to go, I went back a couple more times to get them
I had a Door Dash order that was taking overly long. My Dasher had to leave because it was taking so long. I get the notification about the issue. I call them and talk to the manager, I believe. He was most courteous and professional. It was a technology glitch with the printer. I wanted to come here right after getting off the phone to praise gis Customer Service.

Yesterday we stopped for lunch, not very busy. Restaurant was immaculate and super clean. Really like their burgers. Also liked their attentive service and very thorough with our lunch order. Will definitely keep going back to this IHOP. Thanks Jose 😊

I haven't been to IHOP in YEARS tbh & that's because it always sucked. But after I visited with my son - the breakfast was hot and ono-locious !!
The pancakes are more full, not flappy like it used to be. New menu items are good as well.
The pricing of everything is well.
Breakfast was so good that me, my sister and kids went 4 days in a row 😂 either for breakfast or for dinner .
Seems like there's new cooks, also whoever is the head chef that was calling out the orders and delegating - Good Leadership Sir !!
Vegetarian options: There are quite a few Vegetarian Dishes that are clearly marked on the menu. I wouldn't say there is a whole bunch, but it's enough to where you don't feel left out.
Now, do not take my word for it and come and see for yourself if it's up to your standard .
Parking: There is parking right at the door, or there's even way more parking a little bit out.
Kid-friendliness: I love how there are Booster seats. The kids menu is not so limited as well, so my child can always try something new that's not overwhelming. I like how I can always add as well.
Was not happy with the wait time to be seated. Once seated, I was able to place an order quickly, but when food came out, STILL had no silver wear. Toast was cold and butter was half frozen. I will NOT be eating at this IHop again!

Put our order in. 55 minutes later our waitress comes up and says our order was pushed back due to shift change. I have been in the food industry for almost 20 years as a chef. Said it was unacceptable and the response was "it is was it is" And she walked away.
