Beautiful place sit and relax

Quiet and relaxing, and a large variety of teas.

We had a bridal tea here this past weekend and it was wonderful! So many fun flavor choices of tea, but the goodies are awesome!! Nice area for individuals or a small group. I never knew about this place. Go there, you won’t be sorry!

Do not expect high tea here it is tea time with plastic utensils and paper napkins. The tea was ok was served half and half with it but we had to ask for it. Some of the sandwiches were good do not expect scones or clotted cream. The tomato, cheese and basil leaf with the balsamic was good but unexpected. Thought I paid 90 dollars but they charged my card 120. I do not know what the extra 30.00 was for but I will not be returning. For the price I could have done better at home.

Went here on Saturday for tea service with friends and it wasn't great. After our tea and tray of goodies were dropped off we didn't see anyone again. My friend went up to the counter to ask for more tea since we were waiting so long and had empty tea pots. The food was just ok. A lot of it was super sweet and tasted the same as other items. The booth we were seated at was super stained and I felt dirty sitting there. I don't want to yuck someone else's yum, but this place is not mt cup of tea.

It's always a lovely time to go have tea and visit without loud noise. The treats are wonderful. The egg salad has a touch of curry and it was magnificent. The staff is polite and will happily give you another out of tea. I love this place

I made our reservations online. It was nice and easy to navigate. We had auntie tea time! The time went by so fast! We were there over 5 hours. It wasn't busy or loud. It was perfect! Loved it!

The manager was very attentive and came by to make sure we knew they were running a little late due to short staff that day but didn't matter we were very happy and our food came very soon and was very delicious This is a place to come, relax and enjoy your friends. If you're starving hungry and in a hurry, come back another day The high tea entries are beautifully prepared and more for slowly enjoying conversation and having tea in a very lovely place. So far no place like it yet in Anchorage. They also sell wonderful teas and tea accessories. Reservations required.

Got the afternoon tea service at 1pm on a Sunday for two people, which was $90. It took almost an hour just to get our tea- no one came to take our order until about 1:40, then another 15-20 minutes until the tea came out. It was another 10 minutes for the pastries/food to arrive, and no one came back after the initial drop off. They were accommodating with a vegetarian request, which was nice!

My own personal opinion was just that the desserts were very very sweet, did not taste different from each other, and didn’t have much flavor. The savory options were good! We also did not get any utensils (like a spoon) for our tea or the trifle that came on the tray.

I was hoping for more of an English teatime experience, and this was more of an Asian fusion. My fault for not recognizing this before reserving, and I’m sure some people would enjoy it! I probably will not come back for the tea service, but definitely would love to try their boba.

My daughters and granddaughter and I had the tea service, It was lovely. We all rather wished there had been a few more savory sandwiches and perhaps a couple less sweet offerings, but overall, it was very good. We sat and visited for a long time with refills given for the tea. The ambience lends itself well to just visiting together and having tea. It seemed a bit pricey, but probably on par with prices today. It would be a lovely way to spend an afternoon with friends.

My friend ordered the tea service and it was so lovely. The food was great. The atmosphere was chill and I think we each said at different points, “all that's missing is two more people,” because there was so much food. I plan to return soon.

I requested Green Tea for my business and assumed that I had received the product I requested. However, due to trusting what I requested, I opened the bag and consumed one tea bag before realizing why the taste was so off. It turns out the staff member had actually given me Jasmin Green teaninstead. When I requested to be compensated by receiving what I had actually requested to purchase I was told they don't accept returns. This will be my last time shopping at Indigo tea considering I paid 32.00 for a 8 ounce bag of tea. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have that kind of money to waste. Make sure you're receiving what you request.
