Went here on Saturday for tea service with friends and it wasn't great. After our tea and tray of goodies were dropped off we didn't see anyone again. My friend went up to the counter to ask for more tea since we were waiting so long and had empty tea pots. The food was just ok. A lot of it was super sweet and tasted the same as other items. The booth we were seated at was super stained and I felt dirty sitting there. I don't want to yuck someone else's yum, but this place is not mt cup of tea.

It's always a lovely time to go have tea and visit without loud noise. The treats are wonderful. The egg salad has a touch of curry and it was magnificent. The staff is polite and will happily give you another out of tea. I love this place

I made our reservations online. It was nice and easy to navigate. We had auntie tea time! The time went by so fast! We were there over 5 hours. It wasn't busy or loud. It was perfect! Loved it!

The manager was very attentive and came by to make sure we knew they were running a little late due to short staff that day but didn't matter we were very happy and our food came very soon and was very delicious This is a place to come, relax and enjoy your friends. If you're starving hungry and in a hurry, come back another day The high tea entries are beautifully prepared and more for slowly enjoying conversation and having tea in a very lovely place. So far no place like it yet in Anchorage. They also sell wonderful teas and tea accessories. Reservations required.

My daughters and granddaughter and I had the tea service, It was lovely. We all rather wished there had been a few more savory sandwiches and perhaps a couple less sweet offerings, but overall, it was very good. We sat and visited for a long time with refills given for the tea. The ambience lends itself well to just visiting together and having tea. It seemed a bit pricey, but probably on par with prices today. It would be a lovely way to spend an afternoon with friends.

My friend ordered the tea service and it was so lovely. The food was great. The atmosphere was chill and I think we each said at different points, “all that's missing is two more people,” because there was so much food. I plan to return soon.

I requested Green Tea for my business and assumed that I had received the product I requested. However, due to trusting what I requested, I opened the bag and consumed one tea bag before realizing why the taste was so off. It turns out the staff member had actually given me Jasmin Green teaninstead. When I requested to be compensated by receiving what I had actually requested to purchase I was told they don't accept returns. This will be my last time shopping at Indigo tea considering I paid 32.00 for a 8 ounce bag of tea. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have that kind of money to waste. Make sure you're receiving what you request.

We went for Afternoon Tea and it was a great experience! You can choose which tea you'd like to drink and it comes with free refills. The assortment of food was amazing as well. We didn't even finish all of the dessert since we ended up ordering more of the finger sandwiches which were delicious. It was my first time dining in there and it won't be the last. 100% you should try this for a girls outing, a date, or even just to have some fun and eat and drink some deliciousness.

A really interesting place. I got the afternoon tea service and was sat at a cute table in the window. I was offered a put of tea and a tray of many sandwiches and sweet items that were all delicious. But once I had my tea and my snacks I never saw my server again. When she was here taking my order and delivering things she was delightful, but after she dropped off my snacks she was gone. I sat for an hour nibbling and sipping to my hearts content, but at the end of that hour, teapot and plate empty I sat for another 20 minutes, waiting to pay the bill, even though I would actually love more hot water for my tea pot. Also no cream, butter, or jam for my scone. It was a lovely scone but I ended up taking the whipped cream from another dessert to place on it.

Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly. Lots of breakable items on display and for sale, I don’t think I even saw a high chair.

This is where I come to get my wintermelon boba tea fix. Love the shop as well. Wish we had a good boba tea place in Fairbanks.

I was trying to find a good boba tea and wanted to try some of the food shown in pictures here on Google. The boba tea did not live up to other places I’ve tried. The staff were doing their best but they all seemed a bit confused and disorganised. The smoothie we ordered was also subpar. I asked for ice cream ? to go with the bubble waffle but they said it would be extra and they seemed confused when I asked for it. I did not see anyone with the tray of food. It seemed it is more about selling dry tea to go than anything else. It is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a good selection of tea ☕️. They also sell great gift choices for tea lovers. The seating and atmosphere is nice but some of the seats were stained.

I absolutely love the tea service. Being of the not from here variety where a tea service is a standard, Indigos is above board. The variety of teas, nibbles, finger sandwiches and pastries are a delight. The only thing that kept from a 5 was the volume of the music. A tea room is typically a little reserved. The music was a good mix but much to loud to hold conversation, or being heard easily. Consider not blasting the tunes - a quieter ambience would be appreciated. None the less, I highly recommend the experience - whether a special date, girls day out out or in my case, treating my Mum and Aunt to a trip through the old country ?

Relaxing atmosphere. Great selection of teas. The scones were outstanding. Would have liked more of them, A little clotted cream would have been a good addition. The cookies were too spicy and large to blend with the other selections. There was more than enough food to serve as lunch, and we took some home. Service was excellent. This was a birthday celebration for a friend. She was delighted by it. A nice change from just doing a traditional lunch.

Afternoon tea service is a joke if you have been to tea anywhere else. No silverware, tea sets, sugar, or customer service. Had to get up multiple times to ask for items like a spoon. Was handed a small sample spoon instead.
Would not recommend, especially for the price.
