Brother…let me tell you about this place. My wife and I read the reviews before we came, questioned it a little bit because Alaskans typically don’t have the greatest palate and most places that were highly reviewed were a little disappointing. It’s definitely a little odd pulling up to a hotel/apartment complex for a restaurant but we went full send. This place has THE….BEST…HOTDOGS that I have ever had and that includes multiple ball parks. The service was absolutely phenomenal and they were some of the most friendly people. Also, if the cook brings your food out and sets down any sauces other than mustard and ketchup….use them….trust me. Everything about this spot was perfect and we will definitely be back!

The first time I went there, I said even if I didn't like what I got, I'd go in again because the owner is so friendly. Well, we've now taken every family member who has come up to visit us because the FOOD IS AMAZING! The owner and his family who work with him are all super friendly and wonderful. He is always so grateful to your business, and he has the best customer service in all of Alaska. Maybe the best customer service I've ever seen, truly. And the FOOD. Everything we've ever tried has been through the roof! The Monte Cristo with cilantro garlic fries is my personal favorite, but I've had about 5 different ones, and they're all amazing. If you're a local or only in town for a few nights, this is a MUST VISIT!
PS- they serve several different sausages, Buffalo, reindeer, and beef polish. So if you want to try something new or go for a tried and true sausage, they have you covered!
PPS- we've done to go before. They take such care in packaging your food that it will get to your house safely, which is very important to me. And shows the level of care that they have for you to get the best meal possible!
Parking: It's located inside a hotel. It's off to the side, so you don't really go into the hotel. But there's a huge free parking lot out front, so plenty of space.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options, they are super accommodating to kids
Wheelchair accessibility: There's an entrance with a ramp that should accommodate wheelchairs. If I recall, it's the side entrance. So if you see steps, go to your left and try that entrance

The owner is the nicest person, so courteous and patient. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. (We are from NC visiting family here)

Overall amazing service amazing place and amazing food. I got the two Frankenstein dogs but i wanted them without mustard both had mustard on them (i personally hate mustard) but i let it go cause i was already home and they would be closed by the time it would take me to get back. Aside from that they are usually amazing the different styled fries are really good too.

Delicious hot dogs and great service. The owners are super sweet! Hot fresh fries and onion rings, free refills on fountain sodas- my cousin who was visiting Alaska said this place makes the best hot dogs in the world. We left very full and happy. I’ll definitely be back!

When I head of IHOH, I was sceptical, but I am glad I came. We had the Mexican, Asian and the new Buffalo Supreme. They came with garlic cilantro fries. They was the best thing I've had in Anchorage this far. It's all delicious, I might have eaten too much. When I come back. I'm coming back.
