Only eat here if you have a free ticket. The food is okay--standard breakfast food. The servers are slow and don't do a good job of delivering drinks. I asked for a coffee, and it never came. If it's free, go for it. If you have to purchase breakfast, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The food was tasty and the decor was nice. Once again, this Sheraton restaurant was terribly understaffed. Takes forever to be seated, get drink orders, and receive your bill. You definitely need to be the aggressive with getting the staff's attention. Don't expect drink refills. Very expensive at $26 for a breakfast buffet. It's a tourist trap.

Poor service and over priced.
Never thought I'd base an entire establishment on one person, but alas. Here I am. Decent hotel - old with few amenities but... it's Anchorage.
The bartender at the nighttime restaurant at Sheraton is utterly horrible.
I've dealt with Lucy in the past and she is truly remarkable. I like that woman so much, as she's truly attentive. The morning staff also shines brightly - such a great group. But the female bartender I've dealt with doesn't hold a candle to Lucy's brightness.
In the future, I will search for other Marriott hotels because of this woman's lack of service, support, and downright laziness. I sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I ask, Sheraton, is this who you want tending your bar?
Breakfast has returned to normal. The buffet is basic. The scrambled eggs should be avoided. They have a texture that is closer to grits than eggs. Omelettes are to order and are good and of decent size.Service, well that could be better. Servers are often seen hiding behind counter areas. When approached they pawn off the request to "your server" and don't offer to get the server to you even.Value for money isn't good. Outside of the omelette you don't get much that would be on a free breakfast at a much cheaper hotel.

As expected with most hotel restaurants, prices are high, I wouldn't mind if food was good but it wasn't. Had breakfast and ordered eggs Benedict and a flatbread with eggs on top. Eggs on both dishes were overcooked, no runny yolks, pretty much like hard boiled eggs, cmon you can't have that on Benedict. Service was super slow, they said they were short staffed.
Good food and fast service, breakfast burrito was very filling and delicious, but these are all things you can find at any bonvoy hotel, the app never fails to impress me, especially when I need it, thanks for good service and good food.
Had a nice dinner here. Great food, good service. A bit pricey though. The place looked kind of empty.
I went to this restaurant expecting great food. I was surprised and how much they exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing, the service was out of this world.
