They don’t greet well. They don’t engage with their employees. I really like the owner but the little teenagers who work there need some learning. Plus when I order a Redbull they give me way more ice than liquid I couldn’t even put my straw in my cup. Very disappointed I wasted $7.00 on a cup of ice with barely any liquid. I’ll never return back there to that coffee hut.

I went to get a coffee and I noticed a young girl crying and witnessed an older woman telling her to get her act together because people were leaving, girl couldn’t have been more than 16 years old she said “ im trying”. I’m a mother of five. I’ve been a boss,screaming at a young person to get their act together when they’re crying is a horrible thing to do. I will never go to this location again, and I will encourage my friends not to. Be kind to the people that work for you, they are someone elses child.

This is one of my go to coffee huts! The staff there are friendly. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and snacks. You also earn points to get $$ off of your order. This is a drive thru.

Big, big, BIG fan. This is my neighborhood coffee stand. I’ve been a regular at for at least 8 years, 4-6 visits/week. My drink is pretty standard - Breve with 1/2 sweet flavor- it’s consistent every. single. time. - for years. I have yet to have a less than pleasant experience with their staff, and it pains me to read some of these reviews. I’d be willing to bet that if you receive a drink that isn’t exactly what you wanted or expected, the staff would bend over backwards to make it right. Instead of suffering in silence or rather, complaining online, just let them know what’s up.

If new staff is training, know some mistakes will be made- that goes for any business. The one that is willing fix those mistakes, truly wants you to come back again - just remember that they need to know in order to fix it.
I’m begging y’all please train your baristas to pull shots or work on quality control. Shots were burnt, the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. And I was way overcharged for just shots of espresso (I ordered a doppio with extra shots and was charged $7) the girl had said she didn’t know how to charge me, but that’s absurd . She should’ve called a manager if she’s not sure not to charge

I’ve been going to Java the hut for quite a while now but in the last two weeks the quality has gone downhill fast. I almost never get a sleeve with my hot coffees, they have been messing my order up left and right it’s a three ingredient order and I’m not one of those “half caff venti with this this and this added types” I like coffee oat milk and flavor. The last two times I’ve come through I’ve had to throw my coffee out and go elsewhere it’s been so bad. I don’t know if this is a new hire problem or what but I don’t think I’m going to be frequenting this place anymore which sucks cause it’s right next to my house 🙃

I always go to this coffee shop and I ordered two energy drinks and ofcourse I usually used my phone number for points and rewards. But then yesterday I bought two energy drinks and I spent $17.50 dollars on my drinks and I even tipped 2.50 and when I left I received a text saying I got 2 points from Java the hut?? And I’m like wait a minute why do I get 2 points instead of 17 points since every dollar I spend is 1 point?? Smh yall funny.. can y’all please explained what’s going on here???
