This is my jam.. I mean java ;) I cant lie, rebel is my favorite as she is always spot on with everything! But the other peeps are good too and they have the best iced mocha. I usually get a lotus and if I want less ice i say that and I pay a dollar extra but it is yummy and if I tell them to fix something please they do it too.
I do want to say.. when I ask for something to be fixed, its usually the same girl. I dont know her name.

Ordered a POG redbull kicker. There is too much ice and barely any redbull. The flavors are overpowering the rebull. I requested light-ice but they stated it would cost more. We are practically paying for a full cup of ice and hardly any drink.

Picked up an order for delivery and employee did not seem to want to provide a drink carrier for the two drinks I received. The order also included a bag of food items. She found it unbelievable that I did not provide drink carriers for their customers. I finally got one. I was told to keep it for other customers and don’t give it away. I tried to explain that it’s not for me to travel with drinks in my car, although why not have some care for the third-party vendor putting money in your pocket while navigating dangerous, icy roads, walkways, and stairs. It’s for the customer’s ease, to carry it into their house or place of business. Employee was not friendly and confrontational and cut me off, dismissing me without any other thought.
So glad my company will now let us remove vendors from our daily deliveries.

They don’t greet well. They don’t engage with their employees. I really like the owner but the little teenagers who work there need some learning. Plus when I order a Redbull they give me way more ice than liquid I couldn’t even put my straw in my cup. Very disappointed I wasted $7.00 on a cup of ice with barely any liquid. I’ll never return back there to that coffee hut.

I went to get a coffee and I noticed a young girl crying and witnessed an older woman telling her to get her act together because people were leaving, girl couldn’t have been more than 16 years old she said “ im trying”. I’m a mother of five. I’ve been a boss,screaming at a young person to get their act together when they’re crying is a horrible thing to do. I will never go to this location again, and I will encourage my friends not to. Be kind to the people that work for you, they are someone elses child.

The past 4 times I've been there since moving back the coffee has been really bad. You cant taste any coffee and it is so sweet even after asking for half sweet. Use to be a go to but I dont know what happened

This is one of my go to coffee huts! The staff there are friendly. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and snacks. You also earn points to get $$ off of your order. This is a drive thru.
