Food was great. They are staffed very well, but had a slightly rude interaction. Was asked if I wanted my sub mike’s way. I replied I didn’t know what that was and instead of saying what it was, he asked “what do you want on your sub?” It was my first time there so I had no idea what mike’s way was. Would’ve been cool if he said what it was so I could’ve entertained that option.

So we went to Jersey Mike's today to get dinner and while we were there. We were told that it was going to be a 5 minute weight not 5 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. While we were there waiting to get our food a worker cut his finger as soon as he realized that he had cut his finger he stopped making the Sandwich. When in the back washed his hands and came back out But he did not bother to get rid of the bread that he potentially bled on instead he chose to continue making sandwiches when he was requested to discard. The bread he proceeded to get an attitude and complain that the bread was not tainted right after he decided to change the bread he put the old bread. That had blood on it fact on the shelf for them to use again. Absolutely disgusting I don't know if I can post pictures but I will never return to Jersey Mike's. It was a terrible experience and overpriced.
Vegetarian options: You should offer more vegetarian and vegan options. There was only one.
Ordered thru Uber delivery. Both subs saturated with dressing and approximately another 1/4 cup dressing pooling in wrapper. Bread so wet it's inedible. Love Jersey Mikes normally.

They have 6 people working. And not one of them speaks with confidence or has adequate customer service. I wanted to add some toppings to my order and was informed I can do that when they begin to make my sandwich. They asked if I wanted it Mike's way to which I replied yes. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else added but informed that when they asked if I wanted it Mike's Way that would have been the time to let them know. Huh?? Last I checked I'm the customer and you should absolutely ask cause people don't know what they don't know. I wasn't even given the opportunity to have the order added to... the attitude was very much...oh well. By that time I just wanted to move on. Poor service.
8 minutes left and the guys says to me they’re closed. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or what, but really frustrating since I had to drive a good distance to try and satisfy a craving. Only to tend to a couple of customers just as I was leaving. Reap what you sow

Slow, Slow, Slow. I've been here multiple times for pick up and dine in and they are too slow. Online orders are always late. The people preparing online orders move slow and have no sense of urgency without the customer in front of them. People often wait longer for their pre ordered pick up than the walk in customers waiting in line. Plus due to people always waiting for their order the shop is always crowded. Do better Jersey Mikes.
