Food was great. They are staffed very well, but had a slightly rude interaction. Was asked if I wanted my sub mike’s way. I replied I didn’t know what that was and instead of saying what it was, he asked “what do you want on your sub?” It was my first time there so I had no idea what mike’s way was. Would’ve been cool if he said what it was so I could’ve entertained that option.

Blaring rap music with explicit language and staff that seemed overwhelmed and tired. The sandwiches are always good but you definitely have to watch to make sure they're made accurately.

I'm stoked that Jersey Mike's opened an Anchorage location this past year. I appreciate that they cut the meat on the deli slicer as they make the subs. Definitely makes for a fresh sub! The employees are the absolute best.. every one of them is STELLAR!!! Kudos for adding the seating! :0)
