I'm a good friend of Joy and I would say that Joy's Corner is my go to spot in 5th Ave Mall. Not only is the price good but the food is also good and Joy provides excellent service

10/10 If I could give more stars on this review I would. Easily the best food i’ve had in Anchorage. If you’re visiting this is a great relief from the typical tourist trap overpriced restaurants downtown. I’m a pilot which means two things: I travel constantly and I like to eat alot of good food. I will come visit Joy at least once if not more every time I am in Anchorage. Joy is an incredible chef, I haven’t had anything I haven’t loved on the menu. Personal favorite...

This gem is hidden up in the 5th Avenue Mall food court. It is the best value downtown, and the food is fantastic. The R&R is massive, my kid raved about the breakfast burrito, and may spam musubi with egg was very generous and tasty. I forgot to take pictures because we were busy scarfing food.Both kids asked me to add that the hot chocolate is excellent.
