The best service by both workers. They were extremely helpful, informative, and kind. We had “the sludge” and a blend of their chai teas. Both excellent. They also ground coffee to go as we are visiting from out of town and want to be able to make good coffee in our home away from home. The location is inside a very clean office building on the ground floor. Clean public restrooms are also available.

Great place for a beautiful environment and high quality coffee. Not as busy or ‘dingy’ as other cafes. Modern furniture, lots of light, and not too busy.

Kiki is absolutely amazing - best Kaladi customer service in Anchorage. Also a note - this location is in a building, not a drive thru unlike one of the pictures posted. Not too bad though they have visitor parking right in front.

Ordered here once and the mocha I got was more like a cappuccino, way to much foam (literally like 1/4 of the cup was foam). Wasn’t that good at all. Server was super nice though.

Hands down the best service! Will definitely come back again! We got the Mango Smoothie and the AK Sweet Chai. Morgan and Kiki were the best baristas!

Very over priced for what you get

Has a larger kitchen and more sandwich options that the Kaladi in my building. Wish there were more food options in the area, but it is what it is. Good service.

The location is odd because it seems like a stand-alone shop from the yelp searches and google maps, but it's actually in a tall office building, with very little outside signage. I almost gave up, but then I saw a lady with a coffee coming out of the office building door, so I followed her in! :) I'm impressed by the amount of merchandise that this store offers (hats, hydroflasks, unlimited red goat stickers!), and their Lungo was great too -- it's 2 shots with a short amount of water. It's a tiny americano. Super delish. This location also has leather seats and ample plug-ins for laptops, so it's worth the hunt.

Love the coffee and food here. Super friendly staff too and top it all it's in my office building. The only downside is they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and that's the only reason I give them four stars. They have this little room in the back where you can go sit and chat with friends too - make it's a bit more private.

Not the best grab and go vegetarian or vegan options but great coffee and super nice staff. Not a bad bagel for Alaska either.

Delicious cold brew and friendly service. Definitely a great place to grab coffee if you're around the area. Food also looks amazing I picked up a peanut butter cookie yesterday and devoured it.

I really wanted to like their coffee. Even have purchased a couple of bags of beans to grind at home. The home experience and the experience at this location were exactly the same - bland, burnt, watery coffee. I tried hard to like it, but I guess I'm more of a coffee snob than I thought.

This is the best coffee you are going to get in Anchorage, and it's a local chain. The coffee is decent, but nothing to write home about. Much better than chains you'll find in other parts of the country. They do a good job, and the quality is there.

Ugh. This is a location IN THE LOBBY OF AN OFFICE BUILDING. So don't bother going on Sunday for coffee. Like I did.
