Sadly overall customer experience has dropped from what used to be one of the great Alaskan coffee establishments.
Whole bean coffee quality has continued to decline. There are evident roasting defects (tipping, scorching, and facing) in every bag of coffee I have purchased in the last year. There has been a noticeable change in the style of roasting with all roast being much darker than the company traditionally has done. This is unfortunate for single origins as much of the origin taste has been roasted out.

this is how much ice you get in a 24oz. taste was good but way too much ice i paid $6.25 for and took about 2 seconds to drink. they also dont talk to you unless it's to take your order but the vibe of the seating area was chill. ig order with no ice if you want a drink from here. also the yogurt parfait was warm for some reason.
