Boy did I want to like this place but their hot cocoa was atrocious! I've heard good things about their coffee, but I don't do that so the hot chocolate had to suffice at the grading scale. Barely any flavor and no creaminess. Luckily, the atmosphere and staff brought it up to an above average rating.

It's honestly such a vibe. The coffee is good, the service is not bad and the food is decent. But if we're being honest it's a coffee shop, you're not going here for the service and food. The coffee is great and the food is really good I've just had better. The atmosphere and the coffee though, that's what makes this place special. Great coffee shop, I go pretty regularly and would definitely recommend.

I really like Kaladi's esp in the past, but recently their service has been iffy. Sometimes everything we order is perfect but sometimes it's wrong or completely messed up. Today we missed our cold foam on a drink, received a new drink with cold foam but wrong milk which ruined our stomachs completely. Just wish our experience was more consistent when we go.
