It's Starbucks but Alaskan. Coffee used to be better, and sometimes is still good, but overall it's just a good place to meet someone for a discussion while still technically supporting a local business

If you are expecting average service, then I would go somewhere else. They are chronically understaffed. It takes 20-30 minutes to get a drink and a heat and eat sandwich.

I was there 5-20-25 about 8:58 am.
As soon as it's my turn to order the now bleach blonde turns away from me and makes a phone call.
Does not say excuse me. Or I'll be right with you.
Nothing.

When she gets off the phone she apologizes but I say no thank you.
I will take my business elsewhere.

I put the timestamp for any owner or manager who cares enough to look at the camera.

It personally doesn't matter as I won't be back.
However others will care and will not go back plus take the video I have of the encounter and plaster it all over the net

Sometimes you should teach your employees decorum in customer service and that more than likely they record everything.

White haired younger person wearing spike bracelet kept repeatedly correcting my order.
Editing to add yesterday she asked what texture I wanted my mocha latte.
If I wanted it blended.
Then proceeds to say that is frappe.
If the cup is marked mocha latte do not ask then proceed to try to seem superior to the customer.
You are at fault and karma will get you.
It is just a matter of time.

Ordered a sugar free kaladi bull and watched the barista use regular sugar redbull in my drink. When I clarified “is this the sugar free Kaladi Bull?” They told me yes. Not a diabetic friendly spot.

Clean and friendly staff. Coffee was not good. Very disappointed, especially for all the hype. Coffee had a burnt flavor.

Everytime I come here they are out of reindeer breakfast burritos. It’s Friday morning and they have none. The weekend they are out too. The other locations usually don't have a supply problem. Also they need a bigger location because the line is consistently out the door and there is no seating, making the atmosphere stuffy. Also I am currently 20 minutes in and still waiting for a single americano.

It was a little more crowded than I had expected, but my friend and I were able to find a seat and not too crowded for us to hold a conversation. The breakfast burrito that I had, with a side of salsa, was excellent.
