So I just wanted to post a heads up to regulars the Kami ramen changed its system they have you order at a kiosk and order there and all your drinks and food come out the same time. Kind of a bummer cause it feels more rushed than normal and you’re basically just sitting around with water instead of sipping on our drinks and apps since it all comes out at once. I don’t think we will be back which is a bummer since we’ve been coming here for years.

I’ve dined here a couple of times before and had decent experiences, but this visit was a letdown. From the moment we walked in, the waitress seemed visibly annoyed, giving off a strong “I’ve had a long day” vibe.
Once seated, we were surprised to learn that a tiny teaspoon of chili oil costs $1 — something that’s usually complimentary, like asking for extra salt. Never seen that before ever in my life, in any restaurant i’ve been to.
After finishing our meal, the same waitress rushed over to clear the table so quickly that she splashed soy sauce onto our clothes. She did bring a rag to help clean it off and seemed to realize she’d gone too far, trying to make up for it afterward.
Disappointed overall — definitely not the service I remember.

Really great ramen, the broth is rich and flavorful. The meat also had a great taste but could have been thicker slices w the edges crispy. The eggs were cooked almost perfect. I could have done with out the extremely large fish cake on top. Service was beautiful. It's a small place so there might be a wait. The parking is also limited. Great place highly recommend.

Great food and a cozy vibe. The broth was exceptional and the takoyaki is definitely recommended. Try the Kuromayu ramen!
This is a Japanese restaurant with authentic flavors. You need to use kiosk to order food, and the basic tip is 10%. Sugar cannot be adjusted for drinks. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. If you like spicy food, you will love the spicy food here. I think the spicy tonkatsu ramen makes me nostalgic of my Asian home. Note that Japanese curry is made in a spicy version.
