Great Katsu and good soup base. Noodles seemed to be grocery store. Seating is limited and restaurant was full at 2pm with a line in door. Staff did great with what they could.

Great foods. Small place with a first come first serve seating policy, then order but kiosk only.

Not only is the ramen delicious, but the owners and staff are so friendly. The overall dinning experience is a A+. I'd highly recommend the Tonkatsu Ramen - tho everything the table ordered was amazing!

Love Kami Ramen! They have changed the ordering process and it was a little confusing. Once I figured it out, it was great. We could have used a water refill and the servers just delivered our food and didn’t check in to refill water or if we needed anything after.

I am visiting from Texas and had the Veggie ramen; my friend had the spicy miso ramen. The veggie ramen was very flavorful (I added some spice to it). Tofu was great. The spicy miso ramen was not very spicy didn’t have as much toppings or meat in it.
I also got the yogurt green tea with the brown sugar boba. The boba is not like the regular black and circular boba and tasted different but just ok.
About $17 per ramen and the drink was almost $7.
Quite possibly my favorite ramen restaurant so far, though I'm far from a ramen expert.

If they are serving half boiled marinated eggs for your ramen, you know they are on the right track for authentic Japanese ramen.
They have several different types of noodles to fit your preferences. From rich broth to spicy broth, you will be able to find a ramen that comforts your pallets.
Not into broth for some reason? They also have some options for rice dishes, such as Katsu combo or Don (meaning topped rice).
Appetizers are not too heavy and full of deliciousness.
Only downside I can think of this restaurant is the limited seatings/parking spaces and somewhat unclear instructions on waiting list.
Because there is no host, you are kind of on your own to find the clipboard for waitlist and write your name down.
Some may say ordering through kiosk is complicated, but instructions on kiosk is very straight forward and you can even see all kinds of modification/add-on options for your meal on one screen.

The spicy tonkotsu ramen is yummy delicious! Stay off the spicy version if you can't take heat. The pork slice hits the spot with its slight char. The fried squid was yummy too. I would prefer slightly puffier batter but this works as well. Place is a cozy space for quick meals and off you go. Limited parking space. 100% will return.

My entire family feels Kami is the best Ramen in town. Having spent time in Japan it is the closest to the real thing. The broth is full of flavor and the wood ear mushrooms add a special note. The bao buns and katsu are also tasty treats. It is small and there can be a wait but it is worth it!

The service was amazing and attentive, explaining in detail the different foods. The food was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The atmosphere was cozy and family friendly, with a touch of bustle and noise.

This was my first visit and I ordered take out. I had one pork charsu sandwich and regular tonkatsu Ramen with the spicy sauce on the side and added green onions. I called on the phone and was told my order would be done in 20 minutes. When I walked in a nice young man caught my eye as I walked in, I indicated a phone order, he asked for my name, and had my order immediately. The restaurant was packed and more people were coming in while I paid for my food. The first thing I noticed when I got home was how perfectly everything was packaged, there were even instructions on the package of chopsticks and broth spoon. The broth was on the bottom and a bowl sat on top with the ingredients separate. I mixed everything together adding the spicy sauce a little at a time until it was to my liking. I used more than half the container they had given me and it was plenty warm so I'm glad I had ordered the regular with the spicy sauce on the side. The portions were perfect, two nice slices of pork and plenty of ramen noodles. The broth was rich with a delicious flavor. I also highly recommend getting the pork charsu from the appetizer menu. It was on a bao bun fluffy as a cloud. The pork was smokey flavored, melt in your mouth, with a lovely Korean barbecue sauce and fresh slivered vegetables. Definitely a place I would return to again and again.
