The guy giving me my food was polite and trying to be efficient but it seemed like the cook or someone from the back kept interrupting him. Maybe though, just maybe he was trying to tell the guy that they were out of extra crispy white meat and I was SOL as far as crispy white meat chicken went, because what I got was 3 original recipe dark meat pieces,, 2 thighs and a leg. I hate all those pieces! Not what I wanted and you didn't even get the extra crispy part right. Like wtf, communication people, I could have gone to popeyes and will next time. Geez, thanks. I had slaw, mash potatoes and a biscuit for dinner. AGAIN, NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR PAID FOR. Damn near 20 bucks. For what?

The dinning room was empty. The kid taking the order, I couldn't understand! My husband said the chicken was very greasy, and the pieces were very small. I got a chicken sandwich, cuz I don't like chicken on the bone!! It wasn't bad. I ordered it without pickles!, they still put pickles on it. Even tho I took them off, I could still taste them on the bun! Ruined my sandwich!

When eating here always get your receipt, last two times I ate here I ordered, they told me the total and the charge was $4 more than what they told me. Be careful and get your receipts!

Past 2 times I've come to this location, and they've counted this as a piece of chicken. This time around, I got 2 of my 4 pieces this big. $20 for 4 pieces, 2 biscuits, and 2 mashed potatoes w gravy. I can't even split this between 2 like expected

Horrible chicken could have made better chicken if done at a campfire. There's nothing worse than paying 55 dollars for an overcooked bucket of chicken. At least the sides were made and were not messed up. Still not going back there ever again. No wonder there was only 1 car parked outside. Chicken was hard as a rock.
Everyone was super friendly. They really make the location . There needs to be more of them at other locations. Every table was was dirty and outside was less than desirable. Something needs to be done with the walkways. Will definitely not go back. Specifically due to cleanliness.

The last 3 times I've tried going to this kfc, at noon, they have closed the lobby. Fun fact: drive through windows only work if you have a car. They can't staff it enough to be a functional restaurant. I feel bad for the employees...

This location is pretty bad all around, which is weird considering the average income of the area it serves. I went there because I wanted to try the new potato bowl. You would think being new and all the ads around it it would be good, but it was cold. The potatoes fries were cold, the cheese sauce was cold and setup already 2 min. after getting my order and the chicken was luke warm and barely breaded. The window guy looked pissed off, the person making the ordered looked pissed off and good luck getting through their drive thru without having to replace a wheel bearing, the ruts are crazy like they never plow. Go to Carrs if you want better Chicken.
