The last 3 times I've tried going to this kfc, at noon, they have closed the lobby. Fun fact: drive through windows only work if you have a car. They can't staff it enough to be a functional restaurant. I feel bad for the employees...

This location is pretty bad all around, which is weird considering the average income of the area it serves. I went there because I wanted to try the new potato bowl. You would think being new and all the ads around it it would be good, but it was cold. The potatoes fries were cold, the cheese sauce was cold and setup already 2 min. after getting my order and the chicken was luke warm and barely breaded. The window guy looked pissed off, the person making the ordered looked pissed off and good luck getting through their drive thru without having to replace a wheel bearing, the ruts are crazy like they never plow. Go to Carrs if you want better Chicken.

It was KFC so ya know... But for fast food it was alright. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I had #1 with potatoes and gravy. The soda machine could use some TLC. In all it was just fine for Fast Food. The boyfriend had a chicken sandwich. He said it was good for fast food.

I bought a 4 piece combo and I can’t believe the chicken that was put in. Three of the pieces of chicken was a disgrace. I’m paying $17.00 for that shriveled up chicken where’s their head at. I mean I wouldn’t have minded if 1 piece was that way but 3 pieces. The place was the KFC next to Costco on Bragaw Road, Anchorage what a waste of my money. Nonsense they shouldn’t even be allowed to open.

I was so excited about the chicken nuggets. Until I tried them. Unimpressive.We like chicken nuggets because it’s the clean, uniform way to eat chicken. They are always the same size and very little gets on your hands. These were just smaller chicken strips; different shapes and consistencies, tons of crumbs, and way too salty.
