The store on Colerain in Cincinnati is horrible. On Saturday at 8:30 we ordered a 10 piece and added two biscuits. We only got 8 pieces (only one breast) and only 4 biscuits, not what we paid for. The sides were horrible. Corn that was dry and discolored (inedible) and potatoes with a THICK skin. I tried to call, no answer. Will NEVER eat there again.

Ordered the 4 piece and requested it be the old fashion way. Chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and the bun with butter and honey. Got back to my room and when I opened my box, the butter had leaked all over from on top. There was two mashed potatoes and when I called the manager, he didn't even say anything. Not coming back here again. When the Asian lady worked there, she made sure all orders were correct.

Kentucky Fried Chicken never disappoints! The chicken is always fresh, and the service is consistently good. The French fries are awesome, with just the right texture and flavor. With a bundle of kids, it's really hard to please everyone, but KFC hits the mark every time. If we’ve got to eat fast food, I bring the kids here. Highly recommend! only downside the lobby is closed so plan to run through the drive-through
Kid-friendliness: for being a chicken place, they sure do offer a lot of sides and diversification and how the protein is served.
It was 9:40pm Employees were sitting on the sidewalk telling people that they were closed, even though they clearly weren’t with their sign that says open and people still eating inside embarrassment to KFC the employee should be fired for being lazy
