Pls remind your people here in kfc sm legazpi city branch to be friendly to their customers.. We had a bad experience in your branch today. The cashier who served us today did not even smile or greeted customers. Seniors citizens waited in their line for too long before a cashier attended them. The food is not properly placed on the plate. Is that normal in your store? Even though they are under pressure, because there are a lot of customers they should still give their best service. Hope you can fix this problem with your people here. So disappointed..

I ordered delivery chicken from Hopkinsville Kentucky home of KFC yet when I got it it was 100% totally without a shadow it out wrong from jump Street. I ordered original recipe. I got extra extra extra crispy. I ordered all dark meat. I want up getting all white meat And it was all breasts the whole thing holder. God got the order refunded. Ordered it again next time supposed to be four and four I got eight pieces of breast again extra crispy. I got one thigh original recipe. I got one legs that look like a wing. It was so small. It’s just like they ran out of regular leg so they threw in the legs that they have in wings to compensate, but I got one of those and about 12 wings tiny but Bubba wings I wound up with an 18 piece chicken when I ordered I ordered it original recipe and I got extra crispy so either they’re not teaching her people no more or they just don’t care they need to. They need to have older people go up north to Jersey, where I’m from and go to the Kentucky Fried chickens up there and learn how to make Kentucky fried chicken That’s what they need to do because apparently they’re not teaching them here

On Wednesday only they have a chicken fried steak meal for 9.99 it has 2 sides and a drink the chicken fried steak was very tender and flavorful it was well worth it also try the peaches and cream mt.dew

Great cheat day food always got good flavor and great service
The store on Colerain in Cincinnati is horrible. On Saturday at 8:30 we ordered a 10 piece and added two biscuits. We only got 8 pieces (only one breast) and only 4 biscuits, not what we paid for. The sides were horrible. Corn that was dry and discolored (inedible) and potatoes with a THICK skin. I tried to call, no answer. Will NEVER eat there again.

reynoldsburg ohio store has the worst customer service period....no thank you just toss your food out the window and not a word said...will never return to this location....drive thru person needs a new career,customer service and retail isn't it

Went to this KFC twice now and both times the food beens good. Mac and cheese and crispy chicken. Mayer the employee working both times has had a positive attitude and been very precise in making sure order was correct.

Whoever was working on March 31st at 4:30 p.m., those people deserve a raise. They were awesome, very accommodating, very fast with my food and very well mannered. The best experience I've had at any KFC by far. I'm also a general contractor who's constantly picking up fast food for my guys and this was by far the best customer service I've had anywhere at a fast food joint

Nice crispy chicken and the meat is tender under the skin. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Transit 10 busstop to downtown located adjacent to the right of exit about 40 yards away.
