KFC sent me a notification from the app about an hour ago on Christmas Eve claiming if I hurried up and placed an order I would get a $10 Ticketmaster card with my purchase I called the 1-800 number after placing my order to find out how to get my $10 coupon they claim that promotion ended in September then why are you sending it to me on Christmas Eve

KFC is falling off. The last 2 visits I feel that the chicken was over cooked and the biscuits dried out within 30 min. Ill be cooking my own chicken from now on.

Chicken sandwich was good, fries and potatoes wedges were over cooked and horrible! Same for chicken tenders. Chicken nuggets were good, but by that time I was so horrified and done with this meal I will save for tomorrow 😮💨.

Pls remind your people here in kfc sm legazpi city branch to be friendly to their customers.. We had a bad experience in your branch today. The cashier who served us today did not even smile or greeted customers. Seniors citizens waited in their line for too long before a cashier attended them. The food is not properly placed on the plate. Is that normal in your store? Even though they are under pressure, because there are a lot of customers they should still give their best service. Hope you can fix this problem with your people here. So disappointed..

I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. These were dry and lukewarm. The lady in the drive-through was really nice though. My only complaint is the food. I can’t leave work again to go pick up a meal so I have to deal with this, the fries were great though nice and hot.
Old refried hard horrible chicken nice people but horrible horrible food completely and totally cheated of money horrible dried old food

I ordered delivery chicken from Hopkinsville Kentucky home of KFC yet when I got it it was 100% totally without a shadow it out wrong from jump Street. I ordered original recipe. I got extra extra extra crispy. I ordered all dark meat. I want up getting all white meat And it was all breasts the whole thing holder. God got the order refunded. Ordered it again next time supposed to be four and four I got eight pieces of breast again extra crispy. I got one thigh original recipe. I got one legs that look like a wing. It was so small. It’s just like they ran out of regular leg so they threw in the legs that they have in wings to compensate, but I got one of those and about 12 wings tiny but Bubba wings I wound up with an 18 piece chicken when I ordered I ordered it original recipe and I got extra crispy so either they’re not teaching her people no more or they just don’t care they need to. They need to have older people go up north to Jersey, where I’m from and go to the Kentucky Fried chickens up there and learn how to make Kentucky fried chicken That’s what they need to do because apparently they’re not teaching them here

On Wednesday only they have a chicken fried steak meal for 9.99 it has 2 sides and a drink the chicken fried steak was very tender and flavorful it was well worth it also try the peaches and cream mt.dew
